Did anybody have lucj connecting universal to mac mini via wi-fi (as access point)? I have no luck... The network is available for my PPC but that is unable to get connected..... Probably anybody can help.....

How do you access your home server files from everywhere with WM6.5 ?
I have a home server which shares files. Thanks to VPN (L2TP/IPSec) I can access these files from everywhere using a Windows PC. BUT how to access these files from everywhere using a PPC ?

I am new to android world.Plz help me with this problem. I am using connectify to make my laptop as a wifi hotspot. And using my laptop's internet connection into my Htc DHD without any problem. Now the problem is,today i am trying to access my DHD files via wifi using SwiFTP,it's ok but i cant access my laptop's files from my DHD using es file manager.It shows nothing on scan.I am going to lan option then menu->new->scan, it shows nothing.Plz help me brother.And forgive me for my bad english.
When you open ES File explorer, choose LAN and then scan computers in local networks
you need to share a folder on the pc first ,you can also connect the phone via usb in tether mod and share files also

I've been trying to control my home ftp via mobile phone for ages. For this I use Andftp on my Galaxy S8. Via filezilla from any other PC everything works perfectly. Only on the mobile phone (both over 4G and WLAN) it wont work. Settings are identical and I can successfully connect to the server. Unfortunately the directory is not displayed. Filezilla Server ends with the log: 425 Can't open data connection for transfer of "... Does anyone of you experienced this or can help me?

Use an FTP server app on the Switch.
Connect via FTP client (Filezilla) from PC.

An alternative would be to use AirDroid on the switch, if the pc and the switch are on the same network :highfive:

I use AirDroid
If you dont want to setup FTP server on your computer, you can try Goodsync as well. It's a paid app for the server, but once you get it installed it's better than FTP. It uses its own file transfer protocol that can be used across the internet securely too. You have the server running on your computer, run the Goodsync app on Android, and then you can have it do auto/manual backups and transfers of files. There's also a desktop file browser app.
I use FX Fileexplorers "Web Access Mode"
Orrrr. copy them to the microSD's partitition and then utilize TWRP to move em over to /sdcard.
(USB doesn't register correctly with my pc, Bluetooth on switchroot denies file transfer...)
