Hello all!
A friend of mine gave me an LG L3 E400 and it has got problem with its touch screen. It works whenever it wants! I changed it as it was very scratched, but it works only a little better. When I turn on the phone, it works for about twenty seconds and afterwards it works very strangely. I have to push it a lot of times in order to do something and sometimes it seems that it pushes the selection for a long time... I rooted it, installed clockworkmod and flashed cyanogenmod, but nothing changed. I reflashed with V10S optimized from here:

but the same again. The touch works whenever it wants!
Is there any solution for this?
Thanks a lot!

My optimus 7 works fine after Mango update till these few days. The touch screen just stop working, I thought it's the hardware problem at first, but after I reboot it few times, it works again.
Then after working for one to two days, it happened again. No matter how many times I reboot it, just not working. So I leave it for a night and plan to bring it to repair center, it suddenly works again in the morning.
Then it works for another 2 days, I even try hard reset this time, still not work. And again, works fine after few hours. Now ..., it stop working. So annoying.
Guess I need to take it to repair or just a software problem???
Anyone can help? Thanks.
i have the same problem. It would be second time my LG optimsu need to be repaired
my nexus 4 is behaving abnormally... the lower part of the screen(1 cm) is unresponsive to touch(tested with pointer location) and sometimes out of the blue the touch input for the entire screen stops working and works after a couple of lock/unlock and the sometimes the phone starts pressing anywhere by itself.... I was running pa latest version... it was working fine ... so i restored the phone to the old pa since i need pie because bottom screen not working= no navbar.... it still didnt work and screen with similar problems. have anyone experienced something like this... is it something with the screen or other hardware parts ... help!
i had this issue with the bottom right side and a irresponsive touch screen at times, it was fine at beforehand, i backup and reflashed and it worked, using PA. it depends if the phone was fine for months before or something that has happened when you first used it. try restore to stock rom and kernel
If you've already done a factory reset, it's likely a hardware problem. You'll probably have to have someone repair it. If you're really desperate, I guess you could try putting it in the freezer for a few minutes, and seeing if that fixes any connection problems. That might just make it worse/cause other problems though. It works with hard drives on occasion.
My dad has an LG Optimus L3 E400 and everytime he turns on wifi the phone lags out and you can barely use it but after a couple of minutes it goes back to normal. He has the stock rom without root. Please help!

Because, if WiFi is turned on, all applications and system apps (gmail, play store etc.) attack WiFi.
But resolve within 3-5 seconds. "A couple of minutes" are too high. You must uninstall some apps.

You're asking the right person. Just follow these steps: Before your dad activates Wi-Fi tell him to add a shortcut of 'App manager' at Home screen. Now the trick is once you open App manager you instantly press at 'Close all' button even if there are no apps running. You must see a msg saying that apps were closed. After that it's time to hit the Wi-Fi button. It should connect without lags at all. This trick worked for me in about 9 out of 10 times.

Hi.
I'm new on this forum and I need help about my phone..
I've been using it for 5 weeks but suddenly touchscreen stopped responding.
I've tryed reseting it, factory reset, but nothing worked.
Do you know how can I fix this? I'm pretty sure that my touch works fine because sometimes when I shake the device it works again but after few hours it stops to respond again!

Try this - reinstall battery, turn telephone on and leave it on opening screen for 2-4 minutes. I have problem with not responding touchscreen and I realised that after that time of continuous screen working it starts to work again. But only till I turn it off - then it is not responding again.
Hi everybody,
A few hours ago something happened after using Resolution Changer Pro (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nexter.miniscaler) on my LG G2. I entered some weirdly high value in the DPI change setting and wasn't able to change it back. Eventually I decided to do a hard shutdown in the hopes the app would not be running when I would reboot my phone. This got it into a bootloop. I tried going into about any recovery, download, hard reset mode I could find but nothing worked. I am also not sure if my phone is rooted or not, I think I tried it a few months ago but stopped because I hit some problem ( I don't remember which problem anymore). I also tried using the LG Mobile help tool but my computer doesn't recognize the phone or only for a second because it keeps rebooting. I got this phone in the Netherlands and it is the LG G2 D802 model (16 GB).
It would be really appreciated if you could help me out. I am traveling at the moment and have no receipt of the phone with me so sending it back to LG is not really an option. Also since I am traveling I kind of really depend on my phone for information and banking and what not.
Thanks in advance,
Azicre
