Touchscreen is frozen?

hey guys
yesterday i was at work and want to check the time.. i take my phone and unlock it - no.. i cant unlock it?!
i restarted the phone (battery out of the phone) but nothing happened!
after work i drove home and reinstall the firmware with kdz updater - but nothing happened!! Phone is starting normally but without touchscreen..
why?
what can i do?

Is the phone fuctional and only the screen is not working? And I couldn't understand it - is the digitizer not working, like the phone cannot respond to your touch, or the whole screen, like theres no image. And do you have backlight on the screen or only on the buttons?
I think putting the phone into fastboot mode, and flashing a new ROM could be a solution - if it's not working, then I think it's the screen's problem, you should send it back to warranty.

On Monday morning GLS arrived my house...
LG with GLS is very fast :O
i sent my phone at tuesday with GLS to LG and on monday GLS brings me the phone back. lol, very fast!
now i've got a new touchscreen - no scratches/scars/...!!
its very nice!

I've a friend bought K910 after my advice.
I was trying to update his software. I used TWRP batch file to install it. It rebooted the phone and bat command screen shows it's waiting for device. Now the phone is stucked on lenovo logo I cann't open system or recovery mode.
I need advices!!!!!!

You should report that on the correct thread
Either way, you should enter in download mode and use qpst to get it done. You're PC should recognize it as 9006 so you're able to go from 9th step forward witch is quite simple

Yup. Motorola Moto G 2015 already got Marshmallow, and it's based on the same hardware. So, I really think we can expect 6.x on this phone in a month or two.

I have missed this so much when I got this phone. MusicFX even the stock Google one will be fine just something.

I actually once did that, when KitKat was new, and i was looking for a KK rom to flash. It turned out to be a stock one though, luckily for me.

Contacted lg about h440n marshmallow update and they said it isnt coming to our device

Then why the hell would they have already put it up on their website?

to be honest with you leave it as is, i have some previous experience with root but as i said, now i have bricked device and i trying to repair this from few days without success...

this is the problem there is a lot of firmware for this device with a lot of names and codes

yes, its a lot of firmwares and devices, i think i need to buy new device because i no see light in a tunnel to repair this what i bricked i tried to ask for firmware and support on 4pda.ru forum but also without success.
