Forgot to say the extended battery was 2800mah and the regular one fits into the new case so I pretty much have 2 2800mah batteries but phones shows just the one

How would the phone know you have two batteries?

Should it not be able to tell that my battery is not fully charged? It says i have a fully charged 2800mah battery not a 5600mah I'm wondering if there is anyway to tell the phone its a 5600mah so the battery meter is right

Innocell 2000mAh Extended Life Battery
if so, any idea how long such a battery would last compared to the standard battery?
yes, its a battery the network operator has nothing to do with compatibility of this

Standard Battery has 1100 mAh. That means nearly double.

whats the highest capacity battery that doesnt require a new back

i already ordered a 3500mAh battery but no cover so its gonna stay out
but for evo/hero there was a 2000mAh
1750 mah i think
Dang that's only good for what 2hrs?
Where can I find it

[Q] What is my actual mAH on my new battery

Hi.
I recently bought a new Fat battery for my desire. It promises to deliver 2600 mAH but i have my doubts...
First of all, only the voltage is printed on the battery itself.
Second, I experience worse uptime than on my original 1400 mAH battery.
Third, I guess Iam just sceptical by nature.
So my question: Is there an app out there that will display max capacity?
Or do I really have to measure it with a multimeter?

the only way to measure precisely is using an app called
battery monitor widget
have it measure the current and voltage every 60 seconds
fully charged ur volatge suppose to be at ~4.2V with either battery
the drainage suppose to be the same at screen off
lets say ur phone drains 9mA steady
u should see the voltage sinking slower on the higher capacity battery
i would give it an hour or 2 hours on each battery to check the result
example:
1400mAh battery
steady 9mA current over 2 hours from 4200mV down to 4150mV
2600mAh batter
steady 9mA current over 2 hours from 4200mV down to 4175mV
hope it helped^^

This shows the mAh.
if you brought the £13 one made in China from ebay (like I did) then it's a total fake the stock battery lasts longer, the only good thing about it is because the back cover is that much thicker you can rest it on it's side to watch movies etc...!

That's true. Better to buy the original.

[Q] MPJ 4500mAh High Capacity Battery for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Compatibility?

Hi All,
Has anyone purchased the following extended (4500 mAh) battery from MPJ?
http://www.mpjbattery.com/mpj-4500m...sung-galaxy-note-iii-3-n7200-n9000-n9005.html
Should I be concerned if this will work with our beloved phablet (Model # SM-900V) or not?
Since the website above didn't specifically spell this out, I'm a little hesitant to make the purchase, but, for the most part, I'm sure it will work with our phone. i'm also assuming it is exactly the same size as the original STOCK Samsung battery that came with our phones so I needn't worry about an extended battery cover as well.
Please advise.
Thanks in advance, folks!
Man I wouldn't buy that junk. The stock battery on this bad boy does phenomenal. The only after market battery I've used is Zerolemon. Those were some great batteries. They had one for the s4 that fit in the phone with the OE battery cover and was an extra 2 or 3 hundred mah since they didn't put nfc support in the battery. They also have that big 10,000 mah battery that turns the phone into a brick.
Thanks HarleyDroid,
'preciate the feedback.

Extended Battery with 5600mah not reccognised

Hello,
I've bought an extended Battery for my GT-I9505.
My Problem:
I don't feel anything of the power increase from the new battery... It's still discharging between 8-10 hours like the Stock one.
I deleted the batterystats.bin,
I calibrated the battery,
I charged and discharged it completly several times,
After a quick research I got the Information, that I need another Kernel, becouse the Stock one don't accept the bigger battery (the kernel think the battery is full charged but the battery isn't really.)
And if I combine 1 and 1 my thought is:
The more the battery is charged, the more the output voltage.
The Mobile recognise if the battery is full to avoid an overloading.
This recognise is taken from the output Voltage exact like the percent scale.
When the Stock battery reached his 2600mah capacity the output voltage is for example 4.000 Volt.
2600 mah --> 4.000 Volt --> 100%
BUT HERE IS THE PROBLEM:
As soon as the 4.000 Volt ≙ 2600mah are reached with the new 5600mah battery the mobile thinks its full charged to protect from an overload.
And I think, that the Battery isn't really full even if the mobile says that.
Can anyone help me?
I'm don't think this is the case. I'm pretty sure there are people using extended batteries on stock ROMs.
Could it just be that the capacity is fake?
Not really... The battery has good ratings on ebay
