Not possible to reset it on any Samsung Device shipped with Android 4.4.4+ There is a section on this somewhere if I find it I'll share it. But the accepted theory at the moment is that Knox is tripped as we know by custom os installations or rooting it's believed that this triggers an eFuse which is impossible to rectify.

Samsung pass saying device is rooted on non rooted device

Hi guys hope you all fine.
I've a weird problem. Samsung pass/secure folder says that my device is rooted. While im on one UI Android 9.0 beta 3 ZSAI and my device status is official. Model#SM-G950F.
I've not rooted my phone after Flashing ZSAI update via adb.
Can't find any helpful thread on internet about my problem. Please help me to solve this.
Thanks in advance.
Have you ever rooted your device before?

As the post above say's once you trip your Knox that's it. Flashing ROMs will not fix it. So no more Knox apps/features will work.
Once rooted, knox writes that root and never goes back to its default state. I was having the same problem as you, too. After researching a lot, unfortunately I had to accept :crying:
