Your question, which doesn't make sense at all, teaches me that it would be wise for you to first read some more before moving forward with doing what you're planning to do.
Williams is the name of a kernel.
Img is the file type of any kernel.

Both are fine really. Williams is slightly better for battery consumption.

There's no best, it depends on what use you have.
If you don't know what the differences are between the two, the it is better to keep the stock one (boot.img from zip). It is good enough for normal use.

Try another compiler. And also the version you are using is very old.

NO BOOT
@treborbr i flashed my compiled kernel and pressed reboot but after splash screen it reboots again. My boot.img is 7.5 MB but other kernels 6.8 MB.
I think my ramdisk corrupted. I extracted ramdisk from other kernel. Can you send ramdisk ? pleeaasssee heelp bro

Note: I am using stock kernel's ramdisk

Hello, it's really easy to deodex it. All tools need was on xda .but deodex is not the only thing to make for the deodex rom works, many things need to be fixed and you have to keep few system app odex.

Just google it and you will find tools like sva deodex
Maybe i failed because it doesnot work on b180 firmware as i have senn it working on other firmwares by others

I found something pretty interesting.
I am running on wizcyan pop and i flash the i9505 HOF2 stock lollipop kernel, on screen battery life is great and off screen too. my recent key responds in a flash unlike other custom kernel but only wifi has refused to work though... Guess stock kernel is the best.

If it's not in system/media then it can only be in system/product/media.
If you are on a OneUI ROM, don't bother looking for it because it's totally useless.
Only replace on AOSP ROMs.
