Is there any chance of these phones getting a little attention. I switched from AT&T to Cspire hoping development would be great but seems as if I was wrong.

International will always have more development. Your problem though is that the international Note will only achieve EDGE speeds on TMobile.

Ditto.
The only way you are going to experience better speeds would be on ATT's network.
If you're on T-Mo, buy a GNex (has pentaband HSPA+)
If you REALLY want a Note - time to switch carriers. International unlocked Note + Straight Talk BYOD SIM is your best bet.
hmm im planning to only use wifi, so it shouldnt worry me so much then?
international version has more user if you compare it to at&t version, more user means more dev, and the only limitation is at&t support LTE HSDPA+, but international version no..
In my honest opinion the international.
Because much faster processor and gpu.

SO we are hours away from the Galaxy S4 T-Mobile launch and No section yet? What gives? Is it the same device as the ATT version or not?

Couple people posting in threads there. Then again, I'm still put off by tmobilles choice to make us pay for the phones full price. (no contracts) [rice + $20monthly.
I have T-Mobile service. I had hoped to be able to flash a recovery and then a T-Mobile ROM but so far it looks like this isn't possible. Or is it?
Nope. I don't think it will work.
Sprint is cdma and tmobile is gsm.

Sprint's Galaxy S4 has T-Mobile's HSPA+ GSM bands so technically it COULD work, only problem is the sim slot is locked to international providers only so until someone finds away to unlock it, no go.

just caught that.. lol
I bought a sprint s4, and have att service which I prefer.. I also have boost service which is what I'm using on it now, until I sort out the blocked domestic gsm carriers issue..
Why buy sprint s4 when I want it on att? Right deal right time..

Well, each to his/her own, seems like it would be easier just to buy a model that can be used. That's just my opinion though.

Three major problems with this scheme:
1. Domestic GSM lock. Who known when or if this will ever be worked around.
2. Lack of LTE support for TMO (or AT&T) LTE.
3. Lack of support for AWS HSPA while TMO's HSPA 1900 deployment is still poor in many areas.

Well I have 12 devices, and no contracts.. So I pay full price for devices.. And most I just develop on..

If I were more of a developer then I would probably buy devices with bad esn just to mess around with.
Sorry for the "stupid" post (maybe) but I thought the S4 had built in radios that would work with different carriers?
I have a US Cellular S4 but need it to run on a GSM AT&T network. Does anyone know if I can flash the software or what to do to make it work?
Many thanks in advance
I wanted to know what carriers the At&t S4 would work on also. I think it works on T-Mobile but its GSM. Will it work on any other carriers? Is US Cellular GSM?

All S7 variants can swap carrier firmwares, pretty simple to do also.
Glad you flashed it and got it working.

So did the WiFi Calling work on your T-Mobile network? My AT&T branded phone has WiFi calling greyed out and am considering this. I wonder if flashing stock would still work on Oreo, i.e. Nothing new has been implemented by Samsung or added in by AT&T.
