I installed xposed and the gravity box module for it. It's working great except for some reason my brightness slider in the notification bar disappeared. Been through the options many times and disabled it altogether. In the settings on the phone I can enable and disable it but nothing happens. Not sure what to do. I use it a lot.

To anyone who rooted their phone yet, have you tried Wanam on your ROM, and how well has it worked?

I tried the Wanam xposed module and it gave me weird results.
The normal behavior of holding home to view recent apps, broke and changed to search instead, making me unable to open recent apps.
The multiwindow option in Wanam added all apps to the multiwindow list, but they weren't actually there. For example, when trying to place baconreader app in my multi window list, it was actually Samsung Apps. Really strange.

HOWEVER
the multi window xposed module works beautiful
Also, 4 way power options didn't work.
Really buggy if you ask me.

Thanks for the reply! Have you tried some of the customization options like notifcation background, transparent toggles, changing status bar color and icons?

Hi,
i'm having a nexus 4 with android 4.3 stock rom, rooted and installed xposed framework. is there any way or app to block certain apps from displaying notification. Apps like BBM, Twilight have an always persisting notification which i can't dismiss. Even after going to App Info and unchecking the Show Notification option these notifications come up again.
TIA,
Vignesh
Download Gravity Box from within Xposed framework(Under Downloads). After you've downloaded the module, go under "Statusbar Tweaks ", when you scroll down you'll see "ongoing notification blocker. " You'll be able to pick and choose which notifications are displayed. You have to reboot in order for the changes to take effect.

In bbm you can remove the permanent notification from bbm setting...

Thanks. That worked like a charm.
Go to Settings>Apps
Then look for the app and click on it, below the name you will see a checkbox "show notifications". Unckek-it.

if you read the OP again i have said that i tried unchecking show notifications but didn't worked for those apps.. Gravitybox solution works perfectly..:victory:
Hi,
I was wondering how I can get notification toggles to show on my notification drawer like on the picture. I already tried the power toggles app, but the toggles have an opaque background that won't go even if you make it transparent (I think it's a bug). I also tried the notification toggles app, but it doesn't have the brightness slider.
Please don't flame if I could do it with the above, I tried. Maybe I missed something, so just let me know.
Thaanks!
I think this is only available on custom ROMs, which ROM are you running? You can also give Xposed a shot. Try GravityBox, not sure if it's there or not, check their thread.
True.. Transparency doesn't work.. I think you need to root the phone and install a custom rom for that..

I'm running Carbon rom, which doesn't have this option. I'll take a look at Xposed and Gravity Box.
is there an app that enables the brightness slides in the notification bar? I've been looking for one since forever. gravity box doesn't have jt

Look into the play store for an app called notification toggle. It will get you close to what you see in the picture.

What are the Xposed modules that you like to use on your One.
Please let us know what ROM you use and what xposed modules you have installed.
I'm using Team Gummy ROM and my favourite modules to use with it are "Bootmanager", "Network Speed Indicator" and "Recent Tasks RAM".
I have a few others that are usefull as well, but I guess those are my favourite ones at the moment.
I just use the Youtube adaway & greenify for now.
Network speed indicator sounds interesting. My mobile plan is soooo slow.
Dynamic Notification
Greenify
MinMinGuard
Xposed Recent Tasks RAM
Greenify
Greenify isn't showing any apps for me?
Show Temp on statusbar is a good one too.
What are the benefits of the Greenify module? (tried and didn't see any)
Greenify!
You technically don't need xposed for this though..
Greenify, gravitybox although not needed I use in conjunction with tasker to control what mobile connection I'm on ie 3G/4G, minminguard, tinted status bar, crappalinks & Theftie.

Does anyone know if there is a module to "auto-size" the Quick Access Ribbon? I see this feature in some custom ROM's but want it on 33R.
It's annoying that lots of times the navbar buttons come up when using fullscreen/landscape apps.
I know that CloudyG3 had an option to hide the softkeys for individual apps, but I want to stay on rooted stock, because CloudyG3 is way to slow.
I also tried the app GMD auto hide and it was very annoying.
Any solution?

I installed Xposed G2, after someone recommended it to me to hide the navbar in apps. I had already the G2 Tweaksbox installed, anyway I tried to make sure there are no conflicts.
The result was that the LED keeps blinking constantly from green to blue and when vibration comes, the phone gets stuck for 5 seconds and then vibrates a little.
I tried already wiping cache, dalvik, uninstalling and deactivating the xposed modules. Didn't help.
Any solutions?
I have used xposed gravitybox fullscreen mode sucefully on stock d805, ot has a convenient power menu option to turn on and off.
Abou.t CloudyG3 2.2 maybe you should give it a go, I just flashed yesterday and can assure you its faster and more battery friendly. I wasnt sure about it before, but I am glad now. My benchmarks went up as did battery life.
Just Autorec, backup everything with usb otg and go for it!
