thank you, but how do i use these set of files? they are all in rar format...kindly guide us! i have shw-m180s galaxy tab korean. the stock firmware nakyup-dk20-rooting.tar. now my tab is showing a blue screen in korean language asking me to upgrade. its not going into download mode either and is detected in Odin. i'll be really obliged.

To use these files, download all parts, after finish downloading select all then right-click and select "extract here" or "extract to <folder name>" then you will get an .md5 file. Rename this file by omitting the .md5 extension and you'll get the .tar file. Now, you can use this for flashing your Galaxy Tab M180s

GOOD DAY PALS
please i wanted to upgrade my SGT shw-m180s korea to ics 4.0.4 so i flashed it through odin,,,,,the flash went successfully-----
before flashing i was told that the first boot would take up to 5 hours so i flashed it ......i was waiting for it to boot ,just about 2 hours the device turned off.......
when plugged to pc it takes about 10 minutes to start charging.
when plugged with samsung charger it only takes 5 seconds to start charging
----------the worst thing is that it doesn't charge...it displays the battery icon
----so i tried booting it to DOWNLOAD MODE by holding vol up and inserting charger but my pc doesn't detect the device in DOWNLOAD MODE
-----it loads into custom recovery and shows battery life to be 1%///.----so i tried flashing custom roms it always ends with this error------

I've already posted this in the main threads never the less I suppose people can see the news better now.
Installed this OTA then rerooted with CF-Auto and now for the first time ever i have the red dot on boot up knew I should of used Mobile odin like last time lol not like a reed dot going to change anything any way b/c i won my device from Samsung and been told b/c of that its not covered by warranty as i asked the promoter Sammy used when i emailed them couple days back to check.

Where can i find the changelog ?

Does it fix exynos-mem bug? Where is changelog?

Away We Triangle counter resets when you restart the counter fona returns to the nabitego
it seems that Samsung has applied additional security in the form of a red exclamation mark in the upper left corner and the security work that way with reads what we call the state or if we modified it automatically poking our custom binary 1 and the entrance to Cwm counter also can be stamped and we see a red exclamation mark
If we want to get rid of it before putting it into service must reset the counter but do not let that system went off which is the original and converted samsung logo remove the batteries and put me back and enter the download mode (do not start before recowery mode) and upload the previous rom and do wipe system / data and cache

flashing this modem will fix the exynos bug?

Hopefully this version can fix the damn memory card problem i am facing. In XXELL5 my memory card can be accessed via file managers. But the gallery and the music player won't show my music or vids and photos..

Can this firmware be installed on Note 10.1 (2014 edition) I have LTE version of it. since note pro 12.2 and Note 10.1 2014 edition have same specs only difference is screen size. So I was wondering if this firmware could be installed on rooted Note 10.1 2014 edition ???

I was having a charge issue with my 905.
I need to send back to Samsung for them to check it. fix charge port
My story,
a) went to sammobile and d/l'ed an original rom for my country (1.5g zipped)
b) unzipped it, to 2.3G *.tar.md5
1) I am having charge issues.
2)WAS NOT THINKING and stupidly removed O/S using trwp. So it would just sit at samsumg logo boot screen.
3) had 16% battery life.
4) took a risk.... UNDERSTANDING THAT FLASHING THE ORIGINAL ROM AT THIS BATTERY LEVEL is NOT RECOMMENDED.
followed instructions (and had flashed it before so... new odin worked, usb drivers worked)
took about 10 minutes to restore the original ROM.
and lucky for me my battery lasted the distance...
after reboot and upon entering setup, the battery low popped up so must be <14% in it.
So just reporting this in case others may be in same LAST RESORT situation.
AGAIN THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. battery was low, and took a risk on it. and happened to work for me. IT MAY NOT FOR YOU!
edit: Just a follow up.
Seems like my cable was faulty.
Installed a battery monitor, showed 3.??V going in.
Bought a new Cable/Charger (Could only get the 5V not the 5.3V charger which is what it came with originally)
Started to charge instantly, correctly > 4V
So now using the 5.3V charger a new cable.
NO NEED TO SEND TO SAMSUNG! yay!

Rooting Information: Once your device is rooted, warranty will get void; However, you can reclaim the warranty by applying official firmware update or by unrooting it.​
To check if you successfully rooted your device or not install an app called “Root Checker” that available for download from Google PLAY store for free.​
Pre Requisites:​
Make sure your device have at least 50% battery power.
You already have USB Driver Installed for Galaxy Apollo I5801 in your PC.
Make sure USB Debugging is enabled.
If you followed all pre-requisites then you are ready to move on the very next stage of this tutorial which is how to root Galaxy Apollo I5801.​
File Required : (Download by clicking on the attached file​
File name : SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse.zip
How to Root Galaxy Apollo I5801 : ​
Extract downloaded zip file (SuperOneClickv2.3.3-ShortFuse.zip) in your PC.
Now, connect your Galaxy Apollo I5801 to the computer through USB.
Then run the SuperOneClick.exe file which is present within extracted folder
A new application windows will appear. Click on the Root button to begin the rooting process for Galaxy Apollo I5801.
Once completed you will see a success message within the SuperOneClick tool.
Congrats!​Your Galaxy Apollo I5801 is now rooted. You can now install apps that required root access as well as made changes in system files.​
How to check :
Turn ON your device
Go to the main menu
See whether any application like < Superuser > is available
If available ... Your mobile is ROOTED

First look on KitKat 4.4.4 on Galaxy S3 I9305

Finnaly we can have KitKat on S3 LTE
If you want to download it via OTA:
1. flash Anddroid 4.3 DBT http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=23039
2. check for updates
3. install the 552.15mb update
4. enjoy KitKat :victory:
If you don't find any updates, try again later. The download speed is very slow, for me was like 0.3mb/s.
Now you can download it and install it with Odin:

I stayed like one hour on 4.3 stock so i don't know exactly how is at speed section, but i can say that KitKat is soooo smooth i love it!

So... i can confirm: you can not downgrade to 4.3 stock after update.
I just messed up the root part. I tried to delete all Knox files from my phone but after restart, i got stuck on Samsung screen
My solution: i installed Philz Touch and flashed S5 Elite. At least now i can use the phone.
Too bad that now i need to wait for Sammobile to post the update for download.

any costum kernels work with this rom?
also i have a problem, i cant downgrade to stock 4.3. Any ideas what now?

I don't know. Now i'm back to custom rom. As soon as i can find to download the update and flash it via Odin, i will test Agni kernel.

I miss root too... but I will test the ROM without root/changes, because I've some little problems with custom 4.3/4.4.2ported ROMs and I want to check the speed and bugs with the "original" ROM.

Just got the KitKat update via Sam and i uploaded to G Drive for anybody want to download it faster.
I will install it soon and try to root it
