Optus LG G3 Update's - G3 General

Im still too receive any updates for firmware on my G3. How and where can I get one? Will using pc suite help instead of just trying from my wifi on phone? Battery is shocking so hoping for a update to help. thanks

Is it a full firmware file around 100mb or just the smaller update?
It is a smaller file which is 12mb

Nope, the above file is for i9023. For our version. (See subject line) it should be a sojua file.

Hi guys. Im using lg p715 .. i seen today. Indonasian facebook thread. Someone posted.. new firmware has knock on option in settings menu.. i need that firmware.. anyone knows about it means.. give me the link. Im using p715 rooted firmware. It can't check the updates. I got that knock on feature.. but.. not responding that much. . Any solutions ? If i need to turn on screen means.. i hardly touch the center of the screen.. no quick response .

I mean, if you are sending a text message. Sometimes it takes a minute or sometime 5 minutes before the text will be send.. I know I have a good signal, full bars. Is this a lollipop bug or something?

Change your radio. Its not a bug but some issue to your emd.

Try a different country baseband.
I recall, there use to be an app called get ril which use to repair baseband. Check playstore and try it first

already tried to download GET RIL but LG G2 is not supported.. Any way how to fix my baseband?

Im a beginner in using LG, so I dont know how to flash a ROM, unlike Samsung.. Any link to a tutorial on how to do that? Im in Lollipop now, Im thinking to go back to Kitkat, I think it will fix the problem..

Going back to kitkat requires partion fix otherwise you will end up with issues. My advise would be to go through good reading. I will try to add some links later.

First u need to have custom recovery with a custom kernel like dorimax
Then find a compatible modem zip for your rom keeping in mind the android version and flash the zip or as suggested by OP.

Stagefright fix seems to be in, can't find anything else like a changelog. Damn LG for releasing updates and not publishing a changelog.

Is it worth upgrading from 20i? WOuldn't make a difference I think
I can't find a changelog so I can't know exactly what changed. However stagefright vulnerability seems to be fixed. Don't know if it was the onlgy change tho.

Depends. Ota will release by carrier if the device is branded or when lg will release for no branded device.

No. Tried that and when i made a call the phone froze and started vibrating.
Flash stock kernel set up phone then flash modified kernal profit!

Flash the modified stock kernel on this site...try a clean install after flash the modified stock kernel and everything working....
