[Q] Can't flash I9500 stock rom?

So here's a run down of what has happened:
1) My phone prompts me to upgrade to 4.3
2) Following the update, the phone boots but is unresponsive; (just keeps on saying that app has crashed)
3) Tried to go into recovery mode, but it didn't
4) Used the Kies Emergency Firmware Upgrade method but it stopped and said that an error has occured
5) Now my phone is in a state where booting brings me to an error message that says "Firmware Upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again"
I have already tried to use Odin to flash a stock rom onto it several times already. I used both 3.04 and 3.07 versions with the 4.22 ser and 4.3 ser roms and they have all failed at Nand write or Can't open the serial(COM) port. or etc.
I've been browsing the forums for a day now and no help. Do you guys have any suggestions?
(I can still enter download mode.)

[Q] Bootlooped my phone :(

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 (SCH-I545) which I previously rooted via the Open1Your1Eyes0 pwn script. Everything was great except I wanted to update to the latest version and my phone failed with each attempt. I tried to unroot it using Odin to flash the VRUAMDK_NoWipe.tar.md5 stock ROM image.
That failed and now it's stuck on the ODIN MODE "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again." message screen. The phone won't boot. If I hold Vol Down I can still go to the Downloading firmware screen, but I've tried flashing 3 other stock ROM's and nothing will work.
Any suggestions?

[Q] galaxy s4 flashing CWM wont work "no Command"

1st time flashing my S4. i have experience flashing custom roms and anything on my S3 before and never encountered problems. phone specs are:
Model: I9505
Android Version: 4.4.2
Baseband Version: I9505XXUGNG8
Write Protection Enabled
Burst Mode Enabled
i have turned on debugging. no kies on background and installed USB drivers.
I used odin 3.07
tried to flash latest version of CWM recovery
flash was successful but when i try to go on recovery the screen says "No Command" and i only get the official recovery. i have tried other versions but the same results I get. Help please. This is the first time for the phone to be flashed.

for anyone with the same problem i have a fix for it i have solved my problem. you have to uncheck the AUTO REBOOT from Odin then flash the recovery .tar file you will see that the flashing is complete remove the battery and the USB cable. wait 10 sec. put it back together then go to recovery mode immediately otherwise it wont work.

today i have tried to install a stock firmware http://http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/download/44892/I9505XXUHOB7_I9505OXXHOB4_XEF for gt i9505 which is lolipop firmware
but in odin mode it is saying nand writ start
then complete (writ) operation failed
previously my stock firmware was 4.3 now i m unable to return to stock firmware. and when i switch on my phone it says firmware upgrade encountered an issue;plz select recovery mode in kies and try again.i also tried via kies but in kies device is not detected

[Q] recovery mode on my sm-n910h wont work !

i have a galaxy note 4 with 4.4.4 kitkat i tried to upgrade to lollipop 5.0.1 with odin and it said fail ! then the phone freezd.
i tried to open the recovery mode and it didnt work , then the dowload mode and a "firmware upgrade encountered issue" message showed up
now the phone wont boot ..
please guys help me with this issue cause i really need my phone to work on

If your Phone is Not Rooted & Still Official Recovery You are using Try to Recover with Samsung Kies Most of the issues it'll solve...
Did you Check before Flashing the Drivers & Proper AP/PDA section??
More important are you Flashing the Correct Firmware for your Device???

Yeah cant connect to kies back then but i found a trick to passe that fail in odin when upgrading to 5.0.1 : when it freezed i reopened the download mode and put the n910h root in odin and then it succeded and the phone rebooted and bootlooped i then could access the recovery mode , i wiped everything and the phone just worked but with the 4.4.4 .
I tried one more time with the same procedure but when i opened the recovery mode i just hit reboot and the phone now has a rooted lollipop 5.0.1 even though i got a fail in odin.

But i v got very strange stuff going on with my phone :
-First i checked my s/n and imei with phone info and it showed a N910C not N910H
-I dont have a csc code and when i want to check it with phone info this popup shows up :
