Buy a fastCharge affiliated charger.
And as for a kernel...

Increase charging speed on official CM12
Is there any way to increase the input current by just rooting. I dont want to try any custom kernels or ROMS as I am a noob and don't have any experience rooting and all.
As all kernels and ROMS come with their fair share of advantages and disadvantages I just want to know whether I can increase the input current using any kernel modifier app on official CM12?

sorry mate, there is no option to increase charging current just by root.
Even if u want to root, you will have to unlock boot loader(which wipes all data from internal storage) and flash a custom recovery to gain root access on cm12.0
My best recommendation is to backup ur data, unlock boot loader using you yureka all in one toolbox(lollipop version only), flash a custom recovery, root and finally install a custom kernel.
Cheers n pls press thanks if I helped

Note 7 port kernels

Hey so I've been trying to flash a new kernel on my N910C to fix its' god awful battery life. However whatever kernel I flash results in an endless booting animation. I'm aware that the kernel needs to support GraceUX so what I'm asking here is is there any custom kernel that does which also supports synapse?
I'm on Dooola's rom btw, 6.0.1 Note 7 port

Try the latest dooola rom v12. My battery seems working fine. With Greenify and start-up manager the battery is even staying longer

using roms with mclaren

Hello everyone..
I'm using s9+ and I'm thinking about to switch 6t Mclaren edition. My question is: if I buy mclaren, can I use every rom/kernel for regular 6t? For example can I use warp charge with a custom kernel for regular 6t?

Shouldn't be any different.
The charging is with the power management and the kernel doesn't do that.

Actually I have a McLaren flashed custom kernel. Lost warp charge. It is in the kernel. Tested this on stock rom before last update. If there are new kernel sources released for the last ota that merged the software then maybe it will work since regular 6t users have the McLaren finger print animation hidden on their phone, must be in csc file or such or customed by model #
Current custom kernels do not support warp charge for mclaren
Also just tried update from flar2 Jan 2 warp charge still does not work on custom kernel currently
Then how to you managed to get wrap charge any McLaren stock rom?

Theoretically I was thinking about same. I guess I can't buy mclaren edition. Reason is lack of development.

It's not lack of development all roms will run. Just don't have warp charge until the sources are release for the kernel devs. Usually a company (I forgot exact amount of time) but I think it's 90 days to release their sources for a new phone. This is so another company cannot steal their stuff. The devs will build for the new kernel. But the sources have not been released yet
This phone is the best phone I have ever owned. I've had multiple htc phones and Samsung phones and nothing compares to this currently.
Stock kernel and battery life are fantastic no lags runs great. I hope the sources not being released doesn't sway you from getting this phone
You lose fingerprint scanner on all custom roms ATM so they aren't terribly useful at least for me. Stock ROM is good no real need to change it, and if you absolutely need a custom ROM just use the stock kernel and you should be fine. As others have stated it will only be a matter of time before the kernel sources are out and warp charge will be added. But until the fingerprint scanner gets figured out I'm staying on stock ROM.
Hmm.. Let's wait for sources then.. It'll be better and better.

Quick charge on costum roms

Hello,
I bought a quick charge 3.0 charger but it doesnt seem to be delivering the 18w. Im currently using arrow os 12.1 and i was wondering if it has something to do with it and if so if there is a way to fix it. Thanks
You can try different kernel or ROM.
