This is not systemui theme...You have themed framework..
Is there any change happend to quicksettings and status bar? Then it should be systemui as well.

In the Screen Shot you're seeing the UI (User Interface)of the system so does that necessary to tell `Framework` instead of `SystemUI`

systemui and framework not themed in this mod..if you want to theme the framework and systemui install xposed framework and wanam xposed...

Btw after update mine came empty and most users reported nothing in icon pack.
For me it works great
Try to reinstall icon pack. Same your file and check in icon pack from xperia launcher setting

You press on the home screen in an empty place and go to settings ( You will see widgets - Wallpapers - Themes - Settings )
Inside settings you have the icon packs already installed you pick one.

Dowlnoad a theme of your choice. Put it in HwThemes folder and apply it. Afterwards, get winrar or an rar app. Open the theme file, the .hwt one that you just downloaded with winrar/app of choice and there you'll find a folder called icons. Delete it, save the modified file, and you'll get stock icons, just like on google play. As a matter of icon dimensions, no fix yet. You could try to lower the dpi if you are rooted.
