[Q] Blue LED permanently on after boot (I9505) - PAC Q&A

Hi there,
today I flashed the PAC-man 4.4.4.RC-1/BlackPowerEdition-NG-Rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2400387) and I really like it!
The problem is that when I boot my system up, the blue LED is always on... until it plug the device to my computer or charger (actually when the LED is activated somehow). Whats wrong? Is it the bootloader (I9505XXUGNG2)? I flashed it before I tried the Wanamlite V3 Rom.
Everything is working very fine, except this.
I would love to get an answer, I really like this rom!
Greetings
Omoa

[Q] HD2 Not responding to flash

Ive been trying to flash MAG and what not so i could flash droid. Aanyways the first time i tried to flash mag and hspl it would get stuck at the tmobile screen, then i reflashed stock and tried it again, same thing happened. so i reflashed back to stock again. Now i installed hspl again, and this morning when i tried to flash mag, it didn't fully responde.
I connected via activesync, ran the ruu. it recognized the phone, rebooted it to the tri color screen, then the program shows status bar for flash, my HD2 shows the status bar, but Neither of them move from 0%.
the phone powers on and im able to use it, but it wont communicate with my computer once it hits that status bar.
Any idea?
hopefully it can be fixed
No one wants to chime in?
Nevermind, don't know what happened over night, but just got android nand done...
hehe, see? no need for any responses! and doesnt it feel better to fix it yourself?? evening flashing is dangerous, ive pulled the usb, pulled the battery, flashed the wrong roms, allsorts, late at night.
oh no, it'd be great if infact i did fix it myself... but it fixed itself over night, so im out ruled on that one.... it hates me.

Phone screen black, fastboot loads ok.

Hi guys,
I recently tried to flash a rom on my phone and when the process was done, all I got was a black screen.
Fastboot still works and I can flash euro roms like on the tutorias fine but the phone simply wont boot.
I can go into emergency mode to flash in it in KDZ, the flashing works fine but still, the phone only displays a black screen.
When I press the power button it vibrates, the PC recognizes the device fine, so I know the phone isnt bricked, I just cant get it to display anything on the screen! please help!
Which rom did you try ?
Using swiftdroid RC4 2.0, but I found out what the problem was. Since on flashboot factory reset was in German, "reset und wipe" or something like that, I did not check it. Reflashed it and it is now working, the only problem is taht tehre are no boot animations whatsoever. only a black screen between pressing the button and going into android. any fix for that?
thank you for the replies!
EDIT: Also, by going into reboot > Recovery, nothing is displayed. this only happens on boot. I flashed originally with Euro+fast.kdz, and that is when this problem begun.
Flash this boot.img
and for the recovery, ace you installed??
I installed CWM for recovery, if that is what you asked.
Going to try to flash it and let you know, hope it does break anything
EDIT: nothing. No boot images. Going to leave it alone until I need it for something. I use an X10 mini, I just bought this phone for testing. Not liking the resistive screen!
you tried to flash an X10 with Rc4 ?
No, I have an X10 which is my default phone, I boght this optimus for testing, I flashed RC4 on the optimus, not the mini. not that stupid
You're not the only one with this problem, this will fix it.

Problem about CM7 and bootload. :(

Hi guyz !
Well, i've a little (too big) problem with my Defy. Yesterday i installed CM7 with this gapps. No problems with the phone, all was good and I installed all my favorite apps !
But...
I always switch off my phones all night long and switch on the morning. This morning was not like all mornings. I turned on the phone and poof ! it no longer works !
Makes me a bootload. I see the google's logo and the CM7's bugdroid with the turning and after the unlock screen. Two secs after, the bugdroid come back, then the unlock screen, bugdroid/unlock/bugdroid/unlock, ect...
I told me i must only flash again the rom, but the problem are again here, just the unlock screen is not the welcome screen !
I tried to flash with RSDlite but it does not recognize my device, yet i've the drivers on my PC.
In case off, i've a recovery.
What can I do to save my phone ? Sorry for my bad english and thants to help me !
flash stock rom again with rsd clear wipe from stock root reflash cm7
Thanks to anwser Nikolas60.
I tried but RSD does not recognize my device. :/ I tried to install again the driver, but no anwser from the software.

[Q] Blue LED Always ON :(

I have a samsung galaxy s4 (i337 ,at&t phone / snapdragon version) running stock Android 4.3 MK2.
Recently the blue led turned on by itself and it never does not turn off. I tried to power off the phone but the led is still on. After that i pulled out the battery , waited about 10 min and put it back and i got the same problem. Also i tried to disable the led notifications from settings and nothing.
Only way to turn it off is to connect the phone to a pc , put the phone in download mode and pull out the battery but if i put it back the led turns on again. I tried several led notification programs but they dont help . Also if i recieve new messages, emails the led is still steady blue on and does not blink.
I tried to factory reset , i flashed the mk2 rom via odin but this didnt help.
How to fix this ?? thanks

Seems like hardware problem. If you have warranty go and get fix/replace your phone.
I have waranty in US but i live in Romania so its expensive to send it back. In LED tests from menu ( *#0*# ) on red i get purple , on green i get light blue and on blue i get very bright blue. But i dont think its a hardware problem beacause everything works , i havent droped my phone or something like this. My bootloader is locked so i cant check other ROMS. I have to wait for KitKat or is better to install leaked kitkat build now ?

You can use Safestrap and check the All Things MK2 thread for what ROMs you can use and how. You could also try the KitKat leak and still use the tar files to go back to MK2, but I think it's probably a defect.

D802 "not" booting up

Hello Forum,
first of all, I used Google to find out what to do with my problem, but found nothing. (Just for those, wo wanna tell me how to use the serch )
So, I am german... my english is not perfect but hopfully you will understand it.
My Phone:
LG D802, rooted, with latest TWRP installed
My Problem:
I can flash any CM based ROM but if I try to flash CloudyG2 , MIUI or Flyme it just get suck at booting.
I press the powerbutton, the screen turns on, the LG logo appears and a second later it just turns black.
After a while I figured out, that the phone boots into a "Fastboot mode without lines showing on the display" - And if got a QHSUSB__BULK which i cant fix with SRK tool because it´s simply not detecting my phone.
The funny thing is, I can still enter recovery to flash back my CM 12 - and its fully working - but I dont want that.
Flashing .kdz with LG Flash Tool 2014 isnt working too.
It only shows up the "normal" error message and if I would like to retry. And yes I waited for like 20 minutes at that state and still nothing happens.
Hopefully someone out there who can help me
Greets,
Ims
I think you have the wrong bootloader...
Flash the right one (or the patch from the d802 thread), reboot recovery (not system) and try again.
