Prerequisites
An S5 that is rooted, and no longer has S-Health installed. In my case, I wanted to turn a "Custom" status S5 into an "Official" status one instead.
A file explorer (ES is used here).
The stock SHealth3.apk, HealthService.apk, and HealthService.odex backed up.
If you don't have them, I made a copy.
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/103146562/SHealth.zip
Make sure you have no installed S Health or HealthService installed on your phone.
Copy SHealth3.apk, HealthService.apk, and HealthService.odex from your phone's storage to /data/app .
Set each file's permission's individually to rw-r--r-- . (Hit the Back key then choose Refresh to verify the app icons are now visible).
Reboot your phone... check its status, which should list as Official.

As an added bonus, once you manually upgrade S Health and HealthService, you can choose to Restore any previous backups... I never allow S Health to backup prior to restoring (because there's only lousy data to back up).
Did you mean, our Device's status will became Official from Custom?
Or you're just talking about S-Health app?

Does it really works ? somebody tried ?
At the time, I thought it would work. Every time I've tried for real, though, I've needed to flash from Kies or something dumb to return my system status back to normal.

you say that on a status custom, just do what you did (add Health) and your status become official ? or you made update via kies ?

I actually had to completely wipe and reflash via Kies on my desktop to get an Official ROM again. I used to think Health could be shuffled back to system to fix that problem, but I think I was mistaken. The system status showed as Official for a while, but then it switched irrevocably to Custom.

Is anyone having a problems uninstalling stock apps from the stock 3.70 with titanium pro? ? When I click on uninstall in the batch it shows up removed from the list, but still shows in the app drawer even after a reboot. I didn't have this problem with stock 3.30 rom. And yes I'm rooted. Thanks!

same here, then my market stopped working.....maybe wait for an update to TItanium Backup?
Download the version of busybox that tib recommends and don't use batch uninstall. Uninstall one by one.
I never have problems with tib uninstalling anything.
Had the same issue with Titanium after the 3.70 update.
I used root explorer to just move the apps out of the /system/app folder and that took care of it.
Still curious as to why Titanium can't do it anymore
Lots of folks are having this issue on 3.70.x roms. Use root explorer.
For the one that said use it's version of busybox, tried that. Tried Chuck Norris mode too, still nada.
Yeh .. I downloaded busybox from Titanium. Rebooted the phone and finally got it to delete.. weird..??

Then there is something wrong with your rom installs.
I built a rom myself based off the 3.70 update. I also have hw003. I have removed everything sprint related (nova, nav, tv, etc) including sense completely using nothing but tib.
EDIT: For good measure here's a shot of my software build and my app drawer. Excuse the colors, I was calibrating my colors at the time I took the screenshots.

Same issue here. Use root explorer to delete files either in system or in data. Just make sure you reboot if you delete files from data because they won't be you reflected in the launcher right away

Edit: All i did today was changed my SE for Android Status to permissive and again its on Enforcing now.
Edit 2: Some one told me to Format my phone and Restore to backup, so i have put my phone to backup, and lets see if it fixes the issue.
HELP Me: Nothing worked.

hi there,
screen mirroring does not work on modified firmwares so if your device status is not official (i.e. custom) screen mirroring will not work. What you can do is to reflash your firmware to official. OF course you will lose root and your SE for Android Status will be resest to enforcing.
I previously mentioned to follow this, don't know if you got the message or not, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=55141822&postcount=228
I had the same problem on my samsung galaxy tab s 10.5

[Samsung S5] Unable to start the Screen Mirroring because of a hardware issue
if you have a problem with the screen mirror s5 samsung smart tv? This problem occurs in samsung s5 after rooted samsung mirror screen will not work below is the solution:
open x-plore or file manager [root access]
GoTo system/build.prop editing via a text editor
Add the line :
- wlan.wfd.hdcp = disable (remove space after)
- save and reboot your device
finished now you can connect the screen mirroring with smart tv

looks like ur phone was imported from china running Chinese rom thats why the settings force closes.
first do a factory reset and after that Flash TWRP 2.8.6 recovery and then make a backup of ur rom ( just in case )n copy it to PC and then restore the twrp backup image from this thread

Hi,
I updated my Galaxy S7 to Nougat. Now I've got this fat icon in the status bar. I've read it's from the MyGalaxy app - but I have uninstalled the app and it's still there

Does anybody know, how to remove that icon?
And while we're at it - does anybody know, how to remove the alarm clock icon as well?
Regards,
Thomas
Its the IMS service icon for wifi calling.
I don't personally use this, so I simply removed the service using Titanium backup and it was gone.
There is a zip that apparently removes the icon, however this didn't work when I tested.

Thanks, you're right - it's not the MyGalaxy app, but the IMS service icon.
Unfortunately when I freeze the app with Titanium Backup I always get a message every two seconds, that the IMS service crashed. Doesn't freezing the service work here? Do I need to completely remove it? (I'm afraid that, if I remove it completely, the error message will continue to pop up and that I will have to reflash the whole system...)
I think I just removed it, but I may have revived any references to it too. Sorry, I can't remember exactly.
It's possible its trying to initialize as its only frozen, but I can't be sure in that I'm afraid.
Today installed nougat, anyone now what is this?
I just found the solution to remove the IMS icon from the status bar: Apparently the Samsung Messenger app was responsible for that, so I freezed the messenger app with Titanium Backup and installed another SMS app instead (in my case simply the Google Messenger app).

if youre not rooted, youre unlikely hacked. If you have the fear that you have been, factory reset from within the OS, remove any FRP lock, boot to recovery, factory reset in there literally 3 times. The 3 times part isnt because of your situation, its a constant across all galaxy devices to wipe more than once because phone weirdness does occur, reflash tour firmware from sammobile.com/firmwares with the regular CSC, not the HOME_CSC, reboot, set your phone up and any chance of it being hacked are gone.
Thank You
Thanks a lot for taking the time to answer, i cannot get into recovery mode either, since the Oreo 8.0.0 update my phone screen flashs when i get a call and going into recovery mode i release power when samsung shows then the android man comes for a split second then the flashing screen starts and the screen is totally covered with small vertical coloured lines, i found out when i went to wipe the cache partition but couldn't cos of the flashing and coloured screen, this all happened after the ota Oreo update, the flashing was constant at first i couldn't use the phone but now it's just with calls out or in and when the call ends it stops after about 10 seconds, that's why i haven't rooted which i would like to do as the Google and Samsung bloat is ridiculous, we shiuld be given the option, if we want them we can download them but not be forced to have them, but i'm afraid to root to remove them due to the flashing screen, but i think there are internal settings to reset it Thank you for your help
