[Q] LG E610 cant call from Vodafone

Hi there,
I've recently bought a LG L5 E610 from the internet, that is unlocked from origin.
The phone works perfectly with all the carriers from Portugal, except my carrier, Vodafone. I'm able to send and receive messages, go to the internet using the 3G connection, but i can't make or receive calls for some reason.
When i dial a number, the call simply disconnects and says "Call ended".
I've tried several ROMs, but no luck. CM10, V10 and now i'm with the V20A stock rom.
I know there are two versions of this phone, the E610 and the E610V. And i've noticed that the V in E610V stands for Vodafone. Are there any differences between the phones? Is this why the E610 won't properly work in Vodafone? Is it possible to install the firmware from the E610V on the E610?

When i try to call it says "Conditional call forwarding active" and drops the call.

Can i instal the E610V firmware (V10G_00.kdz from Spain for the E610V) on my E610 that has V20A?
Will it make any difference?

I haven't found the solution yet...

I have an LG L5 from Vodafone too, but was locked.
I had E610v but because i wanted to root, i installed E610 on it and i unlocked the bootloader too. After i upgraded to JB 4.1.2 and now i am running on E610 with V20C and i don`t have any problem with the phone to call. You can try a hard reset if you hadn`t this problem at start, but if you have this problem from beginning i think is a good ideea to go to Vodafone and tell them your problem ( if you didn`t flashed anything on it).
So try a hard reset first and see what`s happening, maybe you installed something not good for your phone.

LG G2 F320 [ROMS Support]

Hello folks,
I was looking around in the G2 section and All I noticed is ROMS and MODS everywhere, but sadly they all have [D800/801/802/803/LS|VS980] in their titles except for a very few!
I am an owner of an LG G2 F320S (Korean Variant) and I want a GOOD ROM for it and all I can do is stick to the STOCK ROM because all the ROMS around are not for my device. except for (VDT, Sling, CN V5, LAMHOANG, Flex[new])... and all of these roms are also Korean! except LAMHOANG.
In addition to that, all of these ROMS are 4.2.2! I would really like to get the most out of my G2; it's such a great device with exceptional capabilities!
PLEASE for all people who support me in asking developers to include a F320(LSK) version of their roms, vote above!! :good:

Thank you for the post. I am new here at xda and have had my G2 F320 for just a couple of weeks now. I'm trying to learn more about available roms for it. From what I understand it is not possible to flash the international rom on the F320, but I can't find any explanation or verification. Will continue to search around. I want to get rid of the korean numbers on the dialfunction above all. Anyway - I totally support your idea: PLZ include F320 version of roms!

tedpoley... you can get rid of the korean numbers on the dialfunction and activate all the D802 (International) features by flashing this ROM:

tedpoley... you can get rid of the korean numbers on the dialfunction and activate all the D802 (International) features by flashing this ROM:

Thanks! Really appreciate it! I found it earlier but I had some problems installing TWRP on my F320. I will try to do this first. I had CMW installed but after a failure in flashing HK V1 custom rom I couldnt boot into recovery mode. Tried all kinds of different combinations with the physcal buttons (power and volume) but couldnt get it right. Maybe you or someone could help me there? Its very interesting to learn more about android since i used to have an iphone. I really like the LG G2!

Forget about the TWRP on F320; I already tried all the possible ways to get it but failed! Therefore, the best solution (which I personally use) is to get the CWM back from here(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2468858) and then download the ROM "LAMHOANG" and flash it using CWM, I have it on my F320 right now and it's fabulous

So... It's not possible to flash G2 International ROMs on a Korean G2???
I thought G2 will work the same way as Optimus G but I guess not, huh?!

Hey!
What's the difference between e610 and e610v (stock roms)? Can I exchange an e610 rom with an e610v rom?

"v" stands for Vodafone.
Better don't swap ROMs, use the ROM designed for your particular exact model version.

i have an e610v with broken LCD. So, can i replace it with an e610's LCD??? There are any hardware differences???

[Q] Sprint OptimusDE LG G2 SIM Error after install

Rooted-
SIM Unlocked-
I have installed TWRP, - (LS980_AutoRec.apk)
and the OptimusDE ROM- (2.3 ZVC)
Plus the Kernel fix for the lines issue (KK_Kernel_LS980_jdi.zip)
and my Baseband is: M8974A-AAAANAZM-2.0.20046
The phone works Great, and I am very happy with the ROM save for the Fact that my SIM is no longer Reading-
I have been using this phone with my AT&T StraightTalk SIM for about 2 weeks- No DATA, but the Talk and Text has been Fine-
now that I installed ODE- Nothing-
Did I miss something?
any Thoughts?

Hello guys, I was wondering if I can use a ROM from LG H873 or H870 on LG G600L this last has a kinda ****ty one.
so I was wondering if there's a modded ROM or a way I can do that.

No way, because we still don't have custom recovery on G600L. Flash H870 will brick your phone.

If so then, I have few things to confirm as below..
1: Is your phone has Hybrid sim tray too..?
2: Have you ever used QuickShortcutmaker app..?
3: If yes, have you noticed phone's dual sim settings through this app.?
I am having few minor issues with my phone and above things have confused me..I bought it used and never know how much previous owner played with its firmware..
It was G600s but I installed G600L Oreo later and wish to play more if I get above confirmed first...thanks

Mine is single sim as well but still can see dual sim settings through QuickShortcutMaker app...this is what i want to confirm.
Could you instsll the app and confirm it for me please.
Mine got Hybrid sim card..i can insert 2 sims and can see second sim pins on jacket by looking inside..(Could be LG standard to use same for all G6..)

I see here on xda some LG G7 users have flashed EU firmwares into their 710N (Which is Korean variant) without bricking device, some of them are getting network issue only but still can revert back to stock..
I got this device as used and do not know the history of it therefore; just want to make sure of few things before taking extreme step..

Thanks guys, I am done testing it..
I was able to flash H870DS 64GB Pie but same results as on G7, No network, Null IMEI and Wifi won't turn on.
Reverted back to Nougat..I don't like Oreo or Pie in this phone..
Oreo--Poor battery and slight heating. (2.8h SOT)
Pie--Poor battery, lags, heating alot when Charging and Hotspot is on. (2.4h SOT)
Nougat--All is good (min 3.5 to 3.8h SOT)
H870DS Pie experience...Tested for about an hour, It felt buttery smooth, No heating, no lags but No Wifi and Null IMEI.

Hi, Sorry for late reply, was out of city for few days.
Once you have installed "QuickShortcutMaker" then go to Network settings within app and see first 2 settings appears in Network list. Do you see dual sim settings there..?
Anyway, I am right now again with my V20 and gave my G6 to my Nephew as present..
But still appreciate the info which might help in future or someone else here..
