Hello all.
I have an LG E610 L5 and was trying to update my CM11 9.1 to 9.3 (per the three-step instruction at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2519448). After installing the latest beta with CWM and all going smoothly, when the phone finally boots up the touchscreen doesn't seem to work. In other words, I can't get past the SIM lock.
Tried wiping cache, but it didn't help.
I had the same problem with TeamOPTIMA's CM port, but PecanCM's 9.1 was usable. Does anyone have any ideas what I could try to get it to work?
addendum edit: downgraded back to 9.1 backup, touchscreen works again. Either I do something wrong while updating (followed the instructions in the linked thread), some app is going haywire or my E610 has some strange issues with 9.3...

Okay... My Viewpad 10s started to act weird for a while ago, but two weeks ago, I installed VegaBean, but it wouldn't boot, so i tried once more. After asking, I installed Vegamoddedstock v1 as a base, because the v2 caused touchscreen issues, but if I now install VegaBean via NVFLASH, it won't boot, so I've installed a stock ROM, but the touchscreen won't work at all. I've tried the Vega-test ROM, but none of the guides I've found won't fix it...
PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Hi Guys,
Just wondering if anyone's knows of a fix for, or even the cause of issues with the SGS4 and Android 4.3 roms.
I have tried 6 different ROMS over the last 3 days and with all of them I get the same result. The ROM flashes fine, the phone reboots in to the ROM and I can set everything up. The ROM will work perfectly for as long as I leave the phone on. For every ROM, as soon as I restart the phone for the first time, it hangs at the SGS4 logo, before the cyanogen spinning circle or the google circles, and does not proceed.
The only way I have found to get it working after it is in this state is to clear the cache, dalvik AND data.
Most of my attempts have been with the CM 10.2 ROM, 10.1 works perfectly but 10.2 has the same issue.
I have tried it with just the ROM, with the ROM and Gapps, with the ROM, Gapps and SuperUser and nothing seems to work.
Just FYI I am using the internation gt-i9505 roms with TWRP (latest version).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It looks like you flashed WRONG BASEBAND ROM ! Be careful what are you flashing on your phone. Did you made a backup ? If you did restore you phone and find the right ROM for your baseband if its v10 than flash v10 ROM if its v20 than v20 ROM !
If you didnt backup your STOCK than WIPE ANYTHING Data, cache, dalvik, system etc.etc... And Flash Another ROM, OLDER ONE NOT KITKAT !
Hey guys I have an LG G2 that i bought used a couple of months ago. Ever since I got it the wifi has been a little wonky, sometimes getting stuck in the "Turning On" state. For a while it was bearable, because all i needed to do was reboot the phone to fix it, but now I cannot get it on whatsoever. I have re-flashed to stock twice using the LG tool, and used both a stripped down stock mod and now I am on cyanogen. I think the issue may be hardware related. When i boot the phone the WiFi on switch stays stays greyed out. Any help would be appreciated!
EDIT:
Hey guys, forgot some necessary information.
Recovery: Philz Touch 6.48.4
ClockworkMod v6.0.5.0
Cyanogen Version : 11-20140914-NIGHTLY-LS980
Anroid Version: 4.4
Kernal 3.4.0 CM+
Baseband: m8974A-AAAANAZM-1.0.190034
Something I'm missing?
Is there something I'm missing here that is simple? I've wiped dalvik, wiped all and done FDR, no result. Last night I flashed to a newer Cyanogen nightly and it worked all day today, then broke again later on. I have limited data so wifi is essential to my smartphone usage. Any help is appreciated.
Hi , i've now experience the exact same issue!
have you found a fix for it??
I started installing the lastest nightly for Cyanogenmod 13 (2016-11-13) on my LG G2 d802 (intl). I following the instructions on the video (youtube /watch?v=fg3DzXTZyFY). Everything went well, everything installed properly up to the point where the apps started preparing. Then the blue head of the cyanogenmod's mascot shows up again and the apps start preparing in a constant cycle. I tried entering recovery mode but I couldn't get it ot enter.
Please help if you can. My graditude in advance.
P.S.
I am sorry if there is a simular thread with a simular problem that I didn't see.
