Hey guys. I got a question regarding Order And Chaos Online which I started playing prior to flashing CloudyG3 + Dorimanx on my phone. The game starts perfectly well, but it crashes when you input name+password. Has anybody else experienced that or does anybody know why it does that?
It won't hurt to clear the apps cache. Give that a go and see.

Thanks for your tip. I even went as far as deleting and reinstalling the app without luck. I think I forgot to mention that I'm using Dorimanx Kernel 7.1
I tried using a rootcloak without luck
The solution was to disable AdBlocker. Thanks to Kewkie for that tip.

I have been streaming some Netflix movies and have been getting some random reboots. I am running CM7.0.3.1 as well. Has anyone else been experiencing this or have any ideas?

Do a Nandroid back up, then wipe to factory, test netflix on factory settings and see if the problem persists, if it doesnt then it might be specific to cm7
another question, is there a rom/kernel with working netflix for 2.3.3?

The problem with most the gingerbread roms that they are ports and netflix checks the device info, which usually shows from the ported phone. Maybe try the stock gingerbread leak with sense 1.0 or phillyfinest. I had those a while back before the evo came to netflix
for some reason i cant get netflix to go from portrait to landscape can somebody give me a tip ive been looking all around the net and cant find anything thanx

You need to be running the hdmi kernal if you want it to work correctly.

If you don't want to have to change kernels, use FullHDMI. It's $5 from the market, but it will ouput netflix at 720p with SZ kernel on any AOSP rom, CM7 included.

Hi guys i've been noticing since last night that my home screen keeps foreclosing on me and whenever a message comes in it comes in slow. At first I thought it was my launcherpro acting so I decided to go back using the stock launcher but then the foreclosings kept occurring and even when opening Apps it would seem slow to open them. Can anyone help or tell me how to fix this? Thanks

I'm really sorry, but I couldn't help this...
Blame the bad economy if you're foreclosing!
Lol nice one

Whenever i get forces closes i usually solve it by clearing the data in the app manager or uninstalling and reinstalling.
Are you using a stock rom?

Are you using stock ROM or custom?
Try reflashing the custom ROM if you are. Remember to wipe data / cache / dalvik. This usually solves most problem
My phone is not rooted its stock everything

Also when I flip through my home screens the contact is very delayed

Did the forcecloses start after you installed launcherpro?
Sent from my Nexus S using XDA App
Ive had launcher pro for about 2 months and it would fore close once in a while but nothing too bad. I uninstalled the app and it then the stock launcher started foreclosing on me
I think one of the system file is messed up. I'm not sure though. Maybe you can try to unroot it and flash a stock rom (or hell, just go with a custom rom) to see if it's fixed.
I ended up doing a factory reset on my phone and everything is back to normal thanks for the help guys

usually FC are cured by fixing permissions.

It's a APP problem, not a kernel issue...
I have this too... I think after installing the chrome app...
Do you have the chrome app?
I've only had this happen while running Miui gingerbread roms. Which rom/kernel are you using?
I HAVE THE FIX. Go so settings>apps>all apps (you will have to scroll the bar over to see this option)>download manager (not "downloads")>clear data. Should fix it.

With gb miui, that only worked for one or two downloads, then the behavior would return.
Not sure which rom the op is running, but that was the case with some gb roms. Luckily, I've long since upgraded to ics and no longer have that issue.
Same here but it gets annoying having to clear data a few times a day

I agree, it sucks (I'm using ICS rom.)
I usally try to download using another browser(firefox beta) when download fails.
It is a lot better than clearing app's data.

has no affect for me
I use 5 different browsers then download the file using 1 browser at a time. So far. Most of the time the browser that least use do the job. In my case Mozilla Firefox

I occasionally get a message that an gapps service has stopped. Is there any way I can find out why? I am Rooted, and running Rasbean and MKernel.
Thanks.
Does it tell you which specific service has stopped working?
You could always try reflashing the gapps to see if that would solve your issue.

I tried reinstalling them. It doesn't specify a specific App. When I get the message again I'll write it down.
The error is:
Com.Google.prowess.gapps has stopped.
Clearing data on Contacts Storage solved this issue for me on my S2. You could try the same to see if it will work. No guarantees though.

I'll give that try. Thanks.
Just happened again.
As it's a problem with gapps, try clearing data on Google Services. Beyond doing that, I'm afraid i don't know what it could be

Looking into it more it seems to be related to my Google + account not syncing correctly. I disabled sync on it hand I havent seen the error return.... yet.
I have downloaded this game on my SM-N9005 with 4.4.2. When I click on play I have force closed. I have tried many rom with full wipe but it doesn't solve my problem. Do you know solutions or any ideas? thanks
(sorry for my bad english)
I guess it's a 4.4.2 problem. I'm still on 4.3 and it's working a like a charm here
I did buy it tho, maybe you didn't?

I have downloaded the game on Google Play Store. Maybe it's a problem with KitKat but I would like to know if other people have this problem
A lot of apps, particularly games, force close on 4.4.2.
Something to do with the (lack of) write permissions to external SD, if I recall correctly.
It is closing on selecting anything from the main menu on HTC One + Android 4.4.2. I'm waiting for a refund now.

I have the same problem... Really irritating. I'm also on 4.4 + htc one. I have done a hard reset, but problem persists.
Fixed it: settings, developer options, Force GPU Rendering. Since i ticked that, deus ex worked like a charm
