Mod Edit: Sorry but thread closed. Please don't post links to closed beta test ROMs. The developers have restricted access to the beta test ROM for a reason and we should respect their wishes.
Thanks!
Who cares, dev Rom MIUI 6 for Mi3 and Mi4 will be released on Friday 29th. Installing roms from questionable sources (read leaked warez) is not the smartest idea. Here Xiaomi is shunted for not being GPL compliant, we do not have to add insult to injury with promoting warez and possible leaks. Agreed?
29th August? :what:

Yup exactly.
Has been announced on the english miui forum.
There you will also find the roadmap for all devices.
Furthermore there are multiple threads discussing and pleading to release kernel sources.. if you can, please support the efforts.

THere already is a MIUI 6 thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-mi-3/general/miui-6-t2849096/ . No point in a new one. Also, there you will find links to MIUI 6 version to whom you could just update from the phone's app. No MIFlash necessary.
All you people had to do is to wait till 29th and you would have a official ROM....

Why was my ICS alpha 9 thread on the Original development topic deleted?
I havent done ANYTHING wrong, everything was opensource and thats why i released it. Every1 would be able build this so why is it closeD?
i am confused, aren`t you one of the devs that didn`t want it to be released too early yourself?

Thread closed at OP's request
Anyone know when the next update will be released and what the approximate release schedule is?
That depends on the developer and when he decide to release it.
But this is a question so ask in the question and answer thread.

You're not allowed to ask for ETA's on XDA. It will be released when it is released.
Why in the world would you open a thread for this

Was just curious
The oneplus 6t released on 6 November, the device exist 4 months. I am wondering if custom rom developers managed to get the fingerprint working on their custom roms.
If you know something please share with us some information.

You are joking. In May they released the 6, not 6t. All your numbers are wrong.

Agreed. There is at least one active. Op can talk there.
You will know when it is functional in non stock roms. All of you noobs that keep asking are just pissing off the developers who are working on it. Instead of repeating over and over....how about thanking all the devs contributing to our device. Or try to contribute yourself? You should be banned for not searching.
Just follow the dev only thread to keep up to date on the status of it. You can also check ROM threads, especially Omni to keep up to date as well.
And you should definitely follow the advice of other users posting here in terms of searching before posting threads like this!
