Hi everybody,
What is the fastest performance rom (graphics, cpu, ram, etc.)
With highest score on antutu?
Thanks
Mod Edit
"Best" or "Recommend" ROM / Kernel threads are not allowed on XDA.
Please test these things for yourself. That is the only way you will get an unbiased opinion,
and then, you can decide for yourself if it meets YOUR needs.

Hi to every one..just asking about the max freq level of defy CPU that can tolerate without damaging and with long battery life using overclocking method? and which is the best CPU setting for defy including best device performance and battery live?
thanks
this is such a subjective question...everyone has their own setup that works best for them because each defy unit is different. The best thing you can do is search this forum for OC/UV settings that people have used successfully and vary those for your own device.
also, this belongs in 'Defy Q&A'..

Please ask all questions in the Q&A section. Thread moved there.
Hey guys,
I'm creating this thread to gather the quadrant results from everyone so we can see which ROMs perform better and which worse.
I'll start by giving mine
ROM: HyperNote 0.4v
Result: 4890
So, what's yours?
Well that was low, im using stock rom and it gets 6000 ++
Stock ROM (rooted)
Sent from my GT-N7105
Stock LJA
Those benchmarks are really impressive.
Useless thread. Should be closed.
A quadrant score would never tell you which rom is better than another because the best is the one corresponding to your needs.

Not true.
A rom/kernel combination could be seriously flawed that results in bad performance. The user might believe the device should perform like that, so these benchmarks give examples of what the Note 2 can achieve. Thread is valid.
Stock ALJ3.

Totally agree with you. As you see HyperNote is the slowest one hahaha. Later today I'll give Android Revolution HD a shot and we'll see how it perfoms compared to stock and HyperNote
Quadrant can be used to compare roms/kernels (see roughly how they perform), but not to compare minor tweaks done on the same rom because the results are inconsistent...
Stock rom.

Thread is valid? Since when are you the forum Moderator?
Let's ask the Mods to see if the thread is valid or not. I remember in the Sensation forum such threads were forbidden and deleted.

Quadrant is not a reliable way to gauge performance since there are way too many ways to "game" the test parameters
Linpack provides a little better results but still all testing is just a snapshot in time.
This thread will not enhance knowledge and will ultimately end up in a flame war..... sorry.....

There is no such thing called "best ROM/kernel/whatever". Just head over to the dev sections, try a few and then decide for yourself.

Hello,
Looking for some quick (like most) ROM, and, if you know of any, then MODs (flashable) accelerating the phone, I would sometimes play some games, but constant lag does not facilitate this; /
I have a similar problem with the GPU. Sometimes when something breaks I play graphics, pictures in the game to deform, text, etc..
I know that the fault of poor phone and Processor ARMv6, but you do not have some "medicine" on these issues?
I'm currently using:
- Adrenaline Booster
- Pure Performance
- BroadCom Booster
I have Merruk Kernel and phone overclocked to 1.2 Ghz
I use Stock ROM (Deodex)
asking for a best rom is against xda rules
please do your own research and find out what works best for you

Salutations XDA,
This is my first thread on XDA. Hopefully this thread offer some useful information, everyone can give & take ideas from it. My goal for this thread is to have a positive, helpful and constructive conversation about Marshmallow and Nougat Android 6.x x & 7.x.x CPU performance. Please post the name of the app & kernel you used and screenshots of results. Also your CPU settings ie Over Clock, liveOC values.
PS. I'm aware that apps like Quadrant standard aren't accurate etc etc in eyes of some XDA members. It's a good read and entertainment.
I'll go first.
Apps: Quadrant standard & Antutu bench mark.
