[Q] Will Elite kernel work on Smoothrom 4.0?

I want to run Elite kernel on my Nexus 7 which has Smoothrom 4.0 on it. If I install Elite kernel, will it work?

Since CM10 is based on v10k and its still in nightly, will they make CM10 based on v20a ?

From what I can see on the forum post of it:
*Use v10.5 Non CM for all AOSP JSS15J roms based on 4.3
**Use v10.5 CM for all CyanogenMod JSS15J roms based on 4.3
***Use v10.0 for MIUI as it is based on 4.2.2 source
The *** one says MIUI, does this mean i can also use it fo CyanogenMod based on 4.2.2? 10.1

Use "CM" variant of v10 for 4.2.2 cm ROM. Next time just ask in the matr1x thread.

[Q] Flashing Custom Roms based on JSS15Q

Please can anyone tell me why 4.3 custom roms for the Nexus 10 (manta) and the old Nexus 7 GSM (tilapia) seem to be based on Build JSS15Q, when that build is supposed to be only for the Nexus 7 (2013)?
Is it OK to flash a rom based on JSS15Q to the Nexus 10 or the 2012 Nexus 7?
