[Q] Is it safe to flash 4.4.2 firmware via Odin onto my rooted 4.3 device?

I'm trying to unroot in order to get the lollipop OTA update to work, but could only find the 4.4.2 firmware and not the original 4.3.
Edit: Nvm, found the Lollipop firmware and just installed that, and it worked.
