Can anybody tell me which apps are safe to remove on LG G2 F320L. There is a lot of crap bloatware in stock ROM. Which is using 1600 MBs of RAM or more. Here is the list of Apps:
U+AppTown
U+[Something written in korean]
U+[Korean]
Mnet
MP3 Ringtone
U+HDTV
U+Box
U+ Navi LTE
DingDong [Korean]
Mobile T-Money
Call Help Service
Game Store
Smart Tag
Smart Wallet
Customer Center
Google Photos
Google+
Play Movies & TV
Play Books
Me Chat
Safety Care
Update Center
Life Square
Dictionary
AhnLab V3 Mobile 2.0
RemoteCallService
Smart World
Drive
C-games
Play Games
On Screen Phone
Box
These are the apps I think are useless for me.
Thanks in advance :good: . And sorry to ask I know it's a stupid question. But can you please provide a link to a working guide of how to root LG G2 F320L KitKat 4.4.2?
I bricked my LG Optimus G E970 before this. So, I'm more careful this time, I hope you understand.
As with all devices, use Settings->Disable on all apps that you can do it that way, and the rest (as root) use pm disable.
Do not go deleting, moving, renaming, etc stuff in /system. You'll just screw up future OTAs.
Im also trying to figure out a way to get rid of all the crapware on F320L. Its useless all U+ plus apps in my country and none of those are working and all are in Korean. What I tried doing was replace app and apps folders in F320L with D802 but it was not very successful and got few FCs. Appreciate if someone create a script to debloat this crapware and have a working stock rom.

How did you root F320L?
F320L is not listed in IORoot...
and in Optimus G E970 I deleted bloatware, got security issue, soft brick, hard brick that's why I'm afraid of deleting any stock app on F320L
ioroot works perfectly on F320L and use AutoRec to install TWRP

Hello folks,
I was looking around in the G2 section and All I noticed is ROMS and MODS everywhere, but sadly they all have [D800/801/802/803/LS|VS980] in their titles except for a very few!
I am an owner of an LG G2 F320S (Korean Variant) and I want a GOOD ROM for it and all I can do is stick to the STOCK ROM because all the ROMS around are not for my device. except for (VDT, Sling, CN V5, LAMHOANG, Flex[new])... and all of these roms are also Korean! except LAMHOANG.
In addition to that, all of these ROMS are 4.2.2! I would really like to get the most out of my G2; it's such a great device with exceptional capabilities!
PLEASE for all people who support me in asking developers to include a F320(LSK) version of their roms, vote above!! :good:

Thank you for the post. I am new here at xda and have had my G2 F320 for just a couple of weeks now. I'm trying to learn more about available roms for it. From what I understand it is not possible to flash the international rom on the F320, but I can't find any explanation or verification. Will continue to search around. I want to get rid of the korean numbers on the dialfunction above all. Anyway - I totally support your idea: PLZ include F320 version of roms!

Thanks! Really appreciate it! I found it earlier but I had some problems installing TWRP on my F320. I will try to do this first. I had CMW installed but after a failure in flashing HK V1 custom rom I couldnt boot into recovery mode. Tried all kinds of different combinations with the physcal buttons (power and volume) but couldnt get it right. Maybe you or someone could help me there? Its very interesting to learn more about android since i used to have an iphone. I really like the LG G2!

Forget about the TWRP on F320; I already tried all the possible ways to get it but failed! Therefore, the best solution (which I personally use) is to get the CWM back from here(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2468858) and then download the ROM "LAMHOANG" and flash it using CWM, I have it on my F320 right now and it's fabulous

So... It's not possible to flash G2 International ROMs on a Korean G2???
I thought G2 will work the same way as Optimus G but I guess not, huh?!
I was tinkering with my new T-Mobile LG Leon LTE (MODEL NO : LG-H345) and broke the cellular service (installed Xposed for Lollipop and com.android.phone keeps stopping, tried Fix Permissions, doesn't work). Does anyone here have a Leon LTE or just have the stock ROM laying around? I've got TWRP installed, so that's not a problem.

This links to H345 not MS345, IT'S NOT METRO FIRMWARE. The person who asked needed T-Mobile so they probably ran into no problem, but notice the file name on mega download. Thanks though, have you flashed HH firmware on MS devices? Does it work, what differences are there?

It is for Metro, I test it , wel there are some difference like you have Voice calls via Wi-fi, the notification bar have small changes too , but not a big deal and it's android 5.1.1 . For me Signal wasn't working cause i'm at Greece
no
no it's for T-Mobile, i flashed it and it's got tmobile boot and apps, but a locked boatloader that won't allow me to install twrp, so wheres the " i knew what i was talking about " button? oh thanks, ive now got a basic not really supported T-Mobile device. A little misinformation and lack of due diligence just took the fun out of owning this device.

Anyone have the stock ROM, kdz, for LGL33L? LG Sunset.
I've asked elsewhere but so far, nothing.
I was in the same problem because last month I got a new LG Leon (H340Y) with all that annoying icons and boot screen the carrier use to put. So, I was looking for a stock ROM without all of it. Googling here a there I've found this page
lg(dash)firmware(dash)rom(dot)com
Hope it works.

Hi
I am a total noob to this rooting, custom roms and such things. I always used the stock rom and really never wished to end up screwing my phone. But recently i bought LG V20 H910 and it is not ATT carrier. I am not receiving any updates because of that. Also i get a huge carrier name in the taskbar in top left which blocks many notification icons. I tried searching on Google for solution. One was xposed and it needed rooting, so i backed out. Other was with a play store app "system UI tuner" and it needs ADB permissions so i again backed out. (system UI tuner is not turning on in my phone).
I found in Google search as well as XDA told me that i can install US996 version and it will work just fine. But i have few questions, which i hope someone can answer:
How to install US996 version on H910? What are the steps? I am total new to this. I need a full step by step for everything. So, if someone can write it. I will be very thankful. I would also need the download links to US996 KDZ files, as i couldn't locate them. Sorry.
This is the [link to XDA chat](https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=76584559&postcount=5) where he said that i need to see what bands are available with that rom. I didn't get this.
Please help me with this.
Hi everyone, I decided to pick up a spare V20 as a walk around device (I won't use it as a phone, especially because you can't use HD voice on a custom Rom with the V20), just as a multi media player, camera, web browsing device, etc.
I picked up another V20 soely to root and put a custom rom on there to play with.
Any how, I saw this walk through for a recent walkthrough on rooting a V20, and apparently the H910 (at&t version) is harder/more tedious to root compared to the VS995 (verizon version):
Did I get the "wrong" V20 variant? Should I return it? Or is it still relatively easy to root the H910 and run a custom ROM in 2022?
TIA
No replies, has anyone bought a V20 lately and rooted? They still have a lot of them on ebay, though I question them, they seem to be refurbished but sold as "new".

Yeah you can Root the H910 and run a custom rom.
[ROOT] HOWTO: AT&T H910 up to v20g (FULLY TESTED)
Make a dump backup first before flashing the H915 KDZ file. Put it in a very safe place it has you EFS. That's what makes your phone work.
h910_root_pkg.zip "DirtySanta root package"
usb drivers for windows
Terminal Emulator for Android "f-droid Download APK at bottom of page"
LG V20 ROMs, Kernels, Recoveries, & Other Developm

Thanks for the insight and pointing me to the right direction @Darnrain1 !
On one of the H910's, I DEFINITELY want to put your custom rom on there and give it a run!
For now, I was trying to use one as a carry on device. However, with the way things are in my life right now, these projects will be in my backlog, haha... the main thing is, at least I have the hardware on hand.
I'll just leave them be for now. Slightly off topic, but I'd love to get my hands on a LG V50 as well one day. Nice camera, better speakers... though it still lacks the IR blaster, and most importantly, the ability to easily replace the battery. LG might have not been the best, but they certainly did some innovative/unique/great things in their tenure while in the smartphone space.
