well I told him it didn't work on normal ROM then he added Deodexed ROM in requirements

anyways i tested it on my z1, the photo editor FCs when i select the deco with bokeh type effect, the rest of the decos and filters are working fine

for me even on deodexed ROM it gives FC while photo editor from album app works fine. Cam app is still giving FC
Work's perfectly on my xperia m, stock latest 4.3, odex rom with superusermod serajr xperia xposed ..
Maybe on odex rom, apk's must be pushed in /system/app ..

I am using stock deodexed kk 4.4.4
i am not using any camera mod (like cybershot), just an exposed module for increasing SA MP to 20/15MP

TimeShift Burst Not working on Xperia TX 4.3 .295 FW Deodexed with SuperUsermod
Unknown Error when record button pressed.
The UI loads but it can't record or function really. Same as before.
This mod works on stock rom Odex 6943 .136?
though timeshift video working on mine 290 deodex, the fps stuck at 30fps.
i m not sure if editing media_profiles.xml does help increase fps?

Its only for Z1.. I think u will get a bootloop if u try this in XZ.. Use eXistenZ Ultra Rom By @niaboc79. It have Superuser mod enabled by default.. U can enjoy all 4.4.2 mods in eXistenZ..

Nope you don't need,Sony already included the Z1 Camera app for 4.3 updates
Like Xperia S,they only got 4.1.2 update,but no 4.3
So they need to install eXistenZUltra ROM which included ported Z1 Camera app.

confirm working on my XSP stock 4.3 with SU mod. zip failed to flash so pushed the apk manually. No ISO bug in manual exposure setting
For all those who want to try, clear data from all camera apps ( main camera app and all add ons as well as uncheck any xposed module if using for camera )

EDIT:We need to have a Rape Thanks Button lol.
Easy solution for odexed fellas:
Delete SemcCameraUI.apk and SemcCameraUI.odex before installing camera, otherwise it will not work.
If you didn't just delete the aforementioned .odex and reinstall. After restarting clear the data from all camera related apps and it will work normally.

Just a question since I'm new to Xperia devices.
I have a Z1 on 4.4.2 wiith camera app 1.0.0
So this 1.0.0.23 is obviously an update for me in terms of version number.
But is it actually the same app even if it comes from another Xperia device? Will there be features missing, or anything like that?
Just wondering because I don't see why Sony would update the camera app on one device but not on another (especially the Z1 being the flagship, at least until Z2 is out)

this won't install successfully if you don't have a Service.jar patch or the SuMOD which will bypass the signature verification!
it should work properly with root+deodex+patch without any FC, im on .761 Z1 i just tried both apps now and they both worked for me without any problem.

For me i tried titanium backup and when i convert the app that have the FC i get it lost in the system and i cant find it anywhere
And also i lose the convert to user app button in titanium backup if i want to get it back
Amd when i want to uninstall its says APK NOT FOUND
Doesn't work on Z2 rooted and deodexed

Just install system app mover from play store, you can convert system into normal or normal to system.

If you are root user, try installing Xposed Installer. Then install "Serajr Xperia Xposed". In the menú options of the module, choose "SYSTEM", then turn on the "Enable" option and finally check the "Super User Mode". That coould help

this app is not working on my xperia zl c6502. My zl is not rooted , still running original malaysia software android 4.4.4 . I tried to uninstall and reinstall and even clear cache and data, not working!!! It shows 'unfortunealy , portait retouch has stopped working. '

i am having t2 ultra and today only i have updated to 4.4.2
and seems all app just like z2
just missing z2 lock screen and theme manager

I can upload the Z2's lockscreen & theme manager,you can try if there are working or not.
Update:
make sure your phone was rooted & with deodexed rom,if not deodexed rom,try the deodex patch I uploaded
remember to make a backup of your old LS & TM.

Edit : you don't need to upload them, i was download all new Xperia Firmware there is many new apps like camera addon, etc :laugh:
new timeshiftcamera, ar-effects motion shot and self portrait not working on my XZR 4.4.2.
4K time lapse video is working but cant take 4k videos as its not paid version. only full HD videos which can be made without this app.
i can confirm these apps worked no problem on TX 4.3 until now
