I have a Samsung S4, I bought a S4 in Chile, but I live on Argentina, in Chile the smartphone had all signal 3G and 2G, but here in Argentina I don't have signal, ok I have, but only 10% and only 2G, I thought that the bands was the problem, so I forced Phone to use only 850/1900 band (my company use 850/1900 bands) but I still have only 10% 2G signal, I only want 2G GOOD SIGNAL, I don't need 3G, but I can't get GOOD 2G signal, (I have installed ROM STOCK from Argentina) but I still have the problem, do you know what can I to do to solve it? Thanks and sorry for bad english

If i buy this phone in Verizon USA , it have a Sim card support ..? or i have search for any special model name ?
sure does
yes there is sim card support that you can have unlocked by verizon global. i currently have a tmobile sim in there incase i leave verizon cause of their constant price adjustments
Nice info ! thanks
The only doubt , is the HSPDA Frequencies...
This phone will work in 850 /1900 for 3G ?
It does in the UK. HSDPA was amazing. I was pulling incredible speeds off of Vodafone using the included SIM from Verizon (with the global data plan, of course).
Thanks for the info, but i'm living in USA , and here this frequencies (2100 /900) don't work for 3G ... only 850 or 1900.

Hi so I have the i9505 with me with omega rom v10 installed. I know that a lot of Canadian telecommunications companies use HSPA but as far as I know, Korean telecommunications companies use 4g/LTE and no HSPA. When I was in South Korea just a couple days ago, my phone would never switch to 4g/LTE and would only stay on HSPA. Is there a particular way to switch off HSPA manually and rather use 4g/LTE?

the problem with that is if you got no 4g you wont be able to get data
yea I know that but what I'm asking is if there is a way to make 4g/LTE a priority rather than the phone using HSPA. 4g/LTE is a lot faster in South Korea compared to the HSPA so I wanted the phone to stay on 4g/LTE rather than using HSPA since HSPA doesn't really exist in South Korea
Hi, I’m from Argentina and in my country the frequencies used to operate the 3g are the 850mhz and 1900mhz., I understood that if you bring the 850mhz and 1900mhz frequencies for 3G but I’m a little confused because I set in this web willmyphonework.net and he says it does not support 3g and for me this web is wrong and I think it works.
Will it work? Thanks
I 'm from Nicaragua and I have no LTE wrong in my country with this cell does not work , I'm sad I have only 3G
Meizu Pro 5 is compatible with 850/900/1900 2G AND 3G. 1800/2100/2600 in 4G
Hi all
Im running the 7.0 ROM, bootloader and radio from tupac4u and am getting terrible reception in the UK most noticeable in the Poole/Bournemouth and south area.
I was on pure nexus previously and had the same issues.
I am roaming from NZ and usually it connects to Vodafone UK and sometimes EE.
Has anyone had any issues with reception here with the USA model phone? (I know 4g won't work but 3g+ is still hugely spotty and even call GSM reception and network is terrible).
Is there anything i can do? My colleague has a s6edge and gets better reception than me most of the time and we have the same mobile servive plan.
. thanks

These gsm bands should be supported by the US model:
850 GSM
900 (E-GSM) GSM
1800 (DCS) GSM
1900 (PCS) GSM
Scouce: https://www.frequencycheck.com/models/GNoeA/google-nexus-6p-h1511.
Me personaly i would never buy a US model for the EU/World market.
Thanks for your response. I am just wondering if there is a UK radio I can flash to get a better signal in general. My colleagues with similar banded phones get much better reception so I am just wondering if it is something to do with the 6P?
I'm in the UK for work, and on roaming .. if I lived in the UK I would have purchased a global model for sure.
Cheers
