Network problem

Sorry for my english
I have a problem.
I was on this rom

after all i flashed this one

but i didnt like it and i came back to negan rom.
(Yes, I did full wipe)
Now i habe problem with 2g and 3G internet.
Google play and browser detect no internet, but i can log into my google account.
My chat (Gadu-Gadu) works fine...
I tryed to go back to stock rom, and root, instal 2ndboot, and flash one more time negan Rom.
Problem is still there.
what i can do?

Checked baseband to match your region already?

Was it working before? Doesn't seem like a baseband issue.

3G do not work
i've a similar problem with the last nightly:
Every think working fine except the 3G reception only.
I've try to change the base hand configurations but the problem still there.
Wi-fi working fine
Sms OK
Gsm seems OK
Just the 3G
Any suggestion?

[Q] No data service in Official LG 4.4

I have a D-802 and I'm from Brazil, and I'm have problems with the latest LG kit kat based roms. I tried "testD802 80220B EUR Open 16GB.zip" and Pardus HD RoM ProKat, both of them I have no data service, it is like turn it on or off makes no difference. Any ideas why?
PS.: In AOSP 4.4 roms, data service is ok.

SIM Unlocked-
I have installed TWRP, - (LS980_AutoRec.apk)
and the OptimusDE ROM- (2.3 ZVC)
Plus the Kernel fix for the lines issue (KK_Kernel_LS980_jdi.zip)
and my Baseband is: M8974A-AAAANAZM-2.0.20046
The phone works Great, and I am very happy with the ROM save for the Fact that my SIM is no longer Reading-
I have been using this phone with my AT&T StraightTalk SIM for about 2 weeks- No DATA, but the Talk and Text has been Fine-
now that I installed ODE- Nothing-
Did I miss something?
any Thoughts?

Hi there, after the update to kitkat version D80220D all voip apps not work any more.... same as on this video on youtube:

Already tried factory reset same problem
My phone is ANEUWH LG G2 Europe Open 32GB, tried downgrade to this B version on storagecow:
Europe OPEN 32GB KitKat D80220B_00.kdz1662200KB
But then knockON do not work, knockOFF works
Also tried to disable VoiceMate and Hangouts didn't help....
Any solution to this? Thanks

Mobile Data Won't Work.. Have Tried Everything

Hi, so I have a Canadian Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-I337M.
I recently flashed Synergy's Cyanogenmod 13 that would allow me to run marshmallow as they have discontinued for my model on the official Cyanogenmod site. After I flashed Gapps Pico and everything was working fine until I tried to use mobile data...
I tried everything I could find i.e Airplane mode, DNS Changer, VPN and most notably changing APN's. As for when I changed APN's I am with mobilicity so I just changed the APN to wap.davewireless.com as instructed on their site but didn't work. I thought it was because "Synergy's CM13" might be "sketchy" so I also flashed CM11 made for my model off cyanogen's official site as well as Resurrection Remix still didn't fix the problem. Is there anything I can do to access my mobile data.
BTW: I can receive calls, texts, voicemails literally everything but my data. I can also receive texts from mobilicty about billing if that means anything.
