Hi all,
I currently have a Nexus 4 but there are a few things I don't like with it and I want to have stock Android so I am thinking about switching to the S4.
But since the Google Play Edition is not available in my country in Europe, is it possible to flash that rom and get the same experience on the regular S4 and use 4G on the phone?
Any help is really apreciated many thanks!
Hey for the i9505 there is a Stock Android 4.3 Rom.
I'm sorry to have to ask a question such as this but I would like more roms to choose from and it seems like international at&t forums have a lot more options. I don't know when to install googlies xstra small patch or an auto port patch. I know how to flash through ss3.72 and am running a stock NC5 rooted deoxed rom right now. I was happy to have hyperdrive but now I just want to toy around with other roms and I think there is something to this auto port/international stuff.... thanks for your time, I'm new and have googled a lot, just no conclusive answers how to run at&t based roms on my sch-i545 verizon galaxy s4.
Hey Guys,
I have a galaxy s5 from att that I just got rooted. Now I'm looking into a custom rom and wanted to know if there are roms available and why I would want to install one on my phone. I have looked but can't seem to find information about roms with my particular s5.
TIA,
Ren
Hello, I haven't been on android for a really long time but i was just wondering if i buy a samsung galaxy s5from rogers, can i use any rom or do i have to use a specific rom?
Hello! I found a cool looking ROM (the MOAR ROM for the Sprint S5 based off of the Sprint NKD firmware, which is Lollipop TouchWiz) and I was wondering, can it be installed on the Verizon S5? I know that there is a ROM already for the S5 that's been ported from the Sprint NE5 firmware, so is it plausible this is portable too?
No, it cannot be installed on the Verizon S5. A port of a Sprint ROM, yes. An actual Sprint ROM, no. Don't think you're going to find a dev willing to port a ROM to the S5 for you. Plus, it's a lollipop ROM so porting it over would be useless since you wouldn't be able to flash it in safestrap.
