Retrieving PUK code

Hi,
My problem is that my Operator named "DEBITEL" in France which are using "SFR" Network in France doesn't know the "HTC" phone. They are not able so to give me the PUK code of my SIM.
To be honnest my SIM is not locked yet, but i did already Twice wrong code because its first time i buy such phone which are really great.
So i missclicked the numbers and i wasn't able to Cancel my key pressed so, i have Entered wrong code 2 times.
There is 3 times left before the SIM locked itself.
In case i lock my PIN, i need to have a PUK Code retrieving solution please.
I've got a HTC P3600.

only the operator can provide the pukcode unless you got a peice of paper with it when you got the subscription

My operator say he don't know my phone HTC P3600 so what can i do?

if i write a wrong pin 3 times my htc phone automaticly

i suspct your operator is just pulling your leg trying to get out
of their responsibility
puk codes have nothing at all to do with the phone once
i had a phone which had some issues with puk codes
so i just pop'd the sim in another phone and did it there

the PUK has nothing to do with the phone...
but if they tell you so simply tell your provider that you have an xyz phone (where xyz phone is a phone model which they are selling).
so they can no longer ay that they do not support your phone...

Agreed it is nothing to do with the phone, i have just got a few free SIM cards from T-mobile and with each SIM was details of its associated PUK code. Virgin are the same.

pour avoir le code puk, il faut passer par des procedures reputés illegales en france et en europe et partout shez tt les operateurs du monde, d'après ce que j'ai cru comprendre,
- il faut avoir un lecteur sim connectable sur pc,
- une sim vierge,
- un logiciel de clonage de cartes sim
-mettre votre carte sim, prendre une copie des numeros de serie, identification, ... et tt le bla bla
- inserer la sim vierge, et coier tt le bla bla, en precisant le code puk, pin et companie,
c la procedure a suivre...
excuses auusi mon pauvre français...

SIM HACK PUK
c juste un lecteur sim, c un truc en USB comme un flashdisc, ou un lecteur de cartes en usb...
là ou je suis j'en ai pas croisé ( voir en algérie ya pas grand chose ), mais je suis sûre que t'en trouvera a mont gallet, surcouf, les magas1 specialsés koi... chez les chinois a mont gallet j'en ai deja vu, ça coute dans les 10 E +o-,
pour le logiciel, jte conseil un trs bon ami a moi, google, tap ske tu ve tu tombera surement deçu...lol
personellement sans mentir je l'ai pas essayé mé ya d forums specialsés en la matiere,
bonne chance et surtout n'eface rien sur ta sim tu pourré tjrs en avoir besoin

i have a artemis, the rom aje fr work perfectly but now i cannot flash my device with other rom, the original rom says: invalid model id error 244...
i have tested the black and blue us and surprise, that work so how i can retablish the original rom in my artemis ?

Is there any other updates about this.....I have a O2 Orbit that I am trying to flash the offical O2 WM6 ROM on. I have already CID-unlocked the device. When I try to flash the ROM, I get an error stating that I have an Invalid Model ID....Any ideas?

I too have this same problem, someone please help?
Mine is the german version, ive been trying to flash it over to the UK version so i can actually read it.

I'll translate the mail for those who don't understand French. It says Samsung doesnt have a precise date for the release of 2.2 but that the update will certainly be available before the summer.

If you wanna have official froyo - use some from other country and change language to french ;-)

In my opinion it is the best you can do. Just follow the instructions in the forum CAREFULLY and you won't have any problem. If you have any questions we are here to help

Gathering information about Idol 3 4.7

Hello there ,
I own Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 4.7 and I am still so far on Android 5.0.2 ( the update without fastboot commands ), my question is : Should I root the phone and how? I read on other topic that in incoming MM update the fastboot commands are completely removed. The Stock Android 5.0.2 is pretty bad ( Sound is skipping, low battery, slow, laggy ). I had it already rooted once (also resized data partition), but that was before the 5.0.x removal fastboot commands and I could return to the stock pretty easily (with Alcatel Mobile Upgrade Q or smth like that). I want to know if there is a still way how to completely go back to the stock status from MM Custom ROM for assistence.
I have still problems with some pixels on display so I will have to send it in 2-5 month to assistence so I need to know if there is a way how to get the stock status again.
Also is there a kernel source? I would like to play with it

I ask the question because that made more than 50 days that the update towards android 6.0 was deployed in France. that starts to make long since the deployment in North America who started in June.

I called Alcatel by telephone and the operator told me that it is google which decides which telephone passes under the next version of android. I think that Alcatel makes fun of the customers. I think that it is Alcatel which does not want to update the idol 3.4,7 inches for the moment.

Flashing original firmware

Me and my wife both have the S10 Plus (SM-G975F) bought from 3 Sweden. After a little over a year I noticed a difference between the both phones. Hers got the OneUI 3 Android 11 yesterday but my didn't. I looked up the original software and she has NEE (Nordic countries) but I have HTS (3 Sweden)
Both bought at the same time... not tampered, rooted or anything. How come the difference?
Now... can I flash the stock NEE on my phone? Can something go wrong?

Yes follow Sam mobile. Flashing anything usually wipes the device unless you have a HOME_CSC file to flash, then it won't.

Will I get OTA after this?

Was just trying to start updating but I got really scared...
Opening ODIN 3.14.4 (from SamMobile) I got a warning saying that I have to delete my Google and Samsung account before downloading the binary. It´s been acouple of years since I used ODIN and I'm really unsure to do this...
Shall I ignore the warning?

Hi i'm in the same situation as you were! did you have to remove your google and samsung account or just update with home csc without wiping?

No I just went for it... and it went fine. No wipe with home csc
