Sorry didnt saw it was already posted!

[Q] Deleting Cache off SD.

Probably a noob question... But is it ok to completely delete all of these cache files that I have on my phone? I have a lot of them and they look like they take up a lot of space. To be honest with you I'm not even all sure what Cache even means/does. Thanks :/
