On the thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2614690 it says to go to https://goo.im/devs/aospa_legacy/# to download the paranoid android ROM for my moto G... the problem is when you go onto this it has a big list of folders and doesnt tell me which one to download, the moto G isn't named on anyone of them, I am wondering if anyone else has run into this problem?
The closest named folders are:
moto_msm8960
moto_msm8960dt
Is it one of these? I already have everything set up to install this ROM but seems quite difficult just locating it. Can anyone help me? Thanks

Hey all,
I've tried running a couple versions of Android and unfortunately for me - they all get stuck on the black screen with white writing (relocating kernel etc... - right after you hit haret).
Anyone know where I'm going wrong? Android is on the root of the sd card.
Do i need anything else?
Obviously I'm running a hd2 - the aussie version T919blah whatever it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Dude there was no need for this thread, Dont you think that this has been asked before or do you think that you are the only person to ever need help with this topic?
Please go and look at the forums, there are plenty of stickies and guides that clearly explain what you need and what to do to prepare for android.
You could've just pointed me in the right direction rather than being a jerk.
what rom?
what radio?
CW or not
we need more info
i've recently rooted my desire z and apparently i've skipped the part of backing up my stock rom before i've used the cyanogenmod 6.1.1 rom . my phone is now acting like a piece of junk as the home, menu , back and search buttons isn't working and my keyboard isn't functioning as how it is suppose to be.
im hoping that someone can give me a link or upload the stock rom for the desire Z or give me any suggestions on how i can fix this problem.
and does the region for the stock rom affects the phone?
carrier : starhub.
region : south east asia(singapore)
thanks in advance.
Posting your current carrier would help alot in getting you the correct stock rom. As far as I know, you have to reload the exact rom for it to boot correctly? Might be wrong on that but wouldn't hurt to know that information.
Regards.
yes.
i was thinking of putting in another rom and running it to overwrite this current rom.
don't really know if i should do that or not.
edited first post with carrier info.
Hey,
I did a quick look around on these forums and all I could find was this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=860430
Try directing your questions there and perhaps you will be able to find the rom you are looking for. Also, if you are already root with S-OFF, you could always try another custom rom. I just installed Virtuous v.1.0.1 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=837042) and am having no issues at all. It also looks like it has multiple language support, so you can choose what you would like to set it as.
Good luck!
Hi All,
Firs of all I want to say, what a great site. Fantastic that there are people who all pull together for the good of technology.
Now to what I am looking to do,
I have the HTC HD 2 running windows 6.5 (I think). Now I want to install Android to run off the SD card, I know this is possible as it is all over xda/net, what I am finding is there is not a link to say "This is the latest one and here is how to do it" (Correct me if I am wrong or point me in the direction)
Could anyone please send me a link to the download of the best working android for my HD2 that will run off the SD card.
I have a good understanding of application deployment etc, I just need a basic instruction and a link to the files required.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.
Many thanks,
Jake =)

Hey guys I need some help on what the procedure is before flashing a ROM to this phone. I have had other phones in the past that I have put ROMs on. Most of these phones have threads that have what you need to do before you can flash a ROM. However, I cannot seem to find one for this phone. So with your help I would like to make one for this phone. I just need to know what is need and the options are for it. I can then compile all of the info and make it look pretty for any one else looking for this information and hopefully have it sticky-ed.
Thanks for the help guys.
Hi.
First root using SuperOneclick
Allow install unknown sources in your phone
Install Defy 2init
That's it, you're ready to install any rom you want.
All this apps can be found easily here.
Hope it helps.
