[MOD]Disable signature verification for MM beta 23.5.A.0.486

This mod is only for Z3 running official Android 6.0.1 beta ROM,build 23.5.A.0.486.
And i only deodex the services.jar,not whole system
Installation
1.Download services.jar below and move to your phone
2.Copy that to /system/framework and give right permission
3.Go to /data/dalvik-cache/arm and search for "services.jar",there should be one result,delete it.
