I'm sorry, trying to understand your question, are you saying to take it off the charger once the flashing is done? Or don't have it charging while it's flashing?

Wait till its fully charged, then flash the rom, and after the flashing is complete, have it on discharge. [emoji4]

You can flash a rom with or without your device charging, as long as the device has enough juice to do the flashing. I personally wait till my device is at 100% or close to that percent to flash a Rom.

Maybe charger is malifunctioning, return it if you still have warranty, and charge the phone from PC
is it stock update or custom rom? if yours custom updated, you should reflashed again...
Stock updated...

Warranty... Just make a buck up of your contacts on sd first.
I'm currently using the HYPERION ROM, I just wanted to ask if there is a fix about the battery status from the new build which is HYPERION-BUILD.07_RC-03.05? Because every time I reboot my phone, the battery always shows 1% even though it has 50% more. This causes my phone to shutdown while scanning my SD Card any help? Thank You!
i think mine does that too but it doesnt reboot my phone.

Lol. Don't do that.
That bug still has to be fixed. Actually, the same bug was in the working CM7 we got vivek, and i don't think it got fixed. So fixing that bug is a very advanced task.

For me, after a half hour of use, the battery discharged from 100% to 87%, is this normal?

Normally, upon flashing a new rom to any phone, the battery needs to drain fully and sometimes even a few times before "settling down" and adjusting to running on the phone.
I like how this ROM looks. I am downloading it and the required files right now. Does this for sure work with the SGH-T599N (MetroPCS)? I don't want to brick my mothers phone. I'm trying to make it look great for her and I don't want to brick her phone.

Download the Battery Calibrator application from the Google Play store and follow any on-screen instructions the app gives you and you should be good to go after you follow the instructions. They should be along the lines of having to charge your phone to 100% before you hit calibrate, then letting your phone completely discharge, then you must charge your phone while it is powered off for a full charge effect.

Yes it works for that phone and will not brick it, just make sure to download the ROM for the Galaxy Exhibit off of Meticulus' website here.

I saw the tutorial on how to flash the recovery. Would that tutorial work with the TWRP_CODINALTE.tar.md5 file that I have? The exact same steps?
