Hi everybody. I bought this phone last week and it is really amazing. The only problem is that the Verizon model doesn't have italian language on it. Anyone knows if is there a ROM (I already rooted it and installed receovery via safestrap), or any other way to obtain italian language on it?
Hi , i have the same problem ,i need to install Italian Language on my SM-G900V ,I tried Locale 2 and Language enabler but they dosen't work on device ,i tried them before in SCH-I545 and they work fine ! Now i need to install italian in thia device and i really dont now how ???? Please Help

I just bought the international version of the galaxy s4 but it comes with like 4 or 5 language's I understand perfectly English but I want/need Spanish From Mexico since its easier on some apps and stuff and I want my regiom to be on Mexico the app called more locale doesnt work .. im not rooted I dont want to root (still) ... thanks

You don't have to root.
It depends on the ROM you are running.
That ROM looks like it is one for the Hong Kong / Indonesia region...
Find a UBUAMDK ROM
It is not as updated as the AME1 ROM but it will have the language you seek.
Typically always look for roms close to your region.
ROMS with the UBU code seems to be closes to what you need.
One way of doing it would be with rooting, and unlocking all the languages, etc. But if I'm not mistaken, you can also do it by flashing a stock ROM intended for a Spanish speaking country or even any stock ROM that has Spanish language option. For example I use the ROM for UAE (I9500XXUAMDK) and within the language options there are two Spanish options; Espanol (Espana) & Espanol (Estdos Unidos). Of course you should check that the ROM is for your exact model whether it's GT-I9500 or GT-I9505.
Hi just a little problem I found for me which I've not experienced before and after a search I'm still unable to find a solution. My device seems to auto convert sms to mms if the message is to long. I dint have free mms I get charged so I would like to stop this from happening if possible.

Are you rooted ? Do u have recovery? if yes u can flash omega rom that has this feature or else the are some other way also u need be rooted for that

Hi I'm not rooted as of yet. I'm not to sure if rooting is simple as it was for me last year on s3. I have the btu version of g4.

Better to use GosmsPro for the same. It has the option for the messages.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can, since all the applications that make up the OS have been stripped of any other language strings. Adding the language would imply repacking every single app in the system with the appropriate language which is a harsh task that cannot be achieved by simply using a locale program.
I was looking for the same and desisted. It's much easier and faster to flash a custom rom, imho
