This is best note organisator for mobile phones and tablets but he only come with note 8. Some developers successfully port to note 2 but this port dont work whit note 3, I get only half screen when onstal port from note 2
I will be very grateful and many others i suppose if some of our awesome developers make this apk to work on note 3.

ok i have this working but i running cm11 temasek so dont know if itll work on TW
i got the apk from the threads you posted so you should give credits there, did some minor changes like removing some permissions ,like calling permissions etc
i left the permissions to let the apk get your position, not sure if its needed in this app.
the dpi looks really small..not sure if that can be changed
go and try and again it tested on aosp rom http://d-h.st/wuP

Same on stock rom KK.
I cant understand how may work on note 2 but cant on note 3.
Please give try to fix it, i think is a best apk on all note series, best organisator ever.

You can root without tripping knox...but root is needed to flash in recovery..and when Flashing the zipfile with the libs is no garantee to have it working..so let me know

sorry mate i forgot installing recovery will trip it...
ill just post the zipfile with the libs later on...youll just see what you do with it..
i ve always rooted and installed custom recovery on al my phones within the half hour i got them
dont know if can canflash it a other way..

My guess would be find the XML file in the apk responsible for drawing this and the set the dimensions of it to wrap_content or fill_parent. Seems like it's hard coded.

Hey guys, i've noticed that Wayland had given you a cm10.1 rom and few others are also compiling from his source.
So, Many of you know about the new Photosphere for NEXUS 4, i've tried to compile and modify the add on and made it for our galaxy ace,
I didn't have time for testing because my phone is in service center and will take time to come back,
Please test and report me soon

But then this will most probably work in our mighty ace
INSTALL instructions
1.Reboot to recovery
2.Flash the zip file
3.Reboot the phone

I modified some things and it works, but photosphere is not working, it only shows up as an option in camera, but when i try to switch to photosphere mode, camera automacally closes.
I'm not a dev, so.. if somebody could help us would be great.
Atached goes the flashable zip, logcat and a screenshot of it.
It does nothing untill now, but if somebody would like to see it, need about to 8MB of free space in /system

What have u changed ? the names in the folder and copy pasted the libs of mako in ace ?

What didi tell u? i'm not a dev. The thing is you uploaded something that haven't any changes, see for yourself. And yeah, i just made the changes to the zip trully install, differently of yours, that seaches for device mako, manta or tuna in /proc/cpuinfo and the new one also is not going to find "ace" in /proc/cpuinfo, just gt-5830. But ok, i will be happy if you can bring us photosphere, keep it up.

Well...I have some problems using apps like GoBackup or titanium backup...or EsFileExplorer in all the AOSP 4.4 roms.
I can see my external SD card and all the files but the apps search the files in:
mnt/media_rw/sdcard1/
When the files are in:
mnt/extSdCard/
So I tryed a lot of things like formating sd card....o trying to make some shortcut to the folder....but nothing work.
Now I found a way to make it work...its not complicated but is no permanent...at least not all the parts...
This are the steps to do it...maybe someone can make it permanent or change the permision directly in the new builds for now on.
1) Use a root file manager (I use EsFileExplorer) navigate to /etc/permissions/ and edit the file named as platform.xml

Advice: dont try this on Galaxy note3 Official kitkat for N9005 ,i tried it and of course app will be able to access external card but bluetooth wont turn on .
it may be just me but i wanted to let you guys know it. (i am reflashing the official kitkat)
could you just add a chmod line in the init script to overcome the reboot issue?

Bro I'm following the steps properly but whenever I go to mnt folder to do the step it says operation failed whenever I set it to root and it doesn't let me save the edited text file. I edited the platform file but it says changes won't be saved.
So for this fix i need Root?

which region is ur note 3? cos my note 3 XSP official 4.4.2 still break, only using your method woks for me to write to ex sd card.

Note 2 dont have official tw 4.4.2 rom...only 4.4.2 AOSP roms. Im not a dev so I can help you...and I dont have a note 3 . Sorry

They only need to merge the fix from note 2 sources.
do you mean that source code needs to be available for the dev to have a fix?

Are you talking about Official TW 4.4.2 rom for S4?
I say this for the last time...this is only for AOSP 4.4.2 roms....like CM11 omnirom....I dont want to be an a$$ but please read the OP. You can brick your phone or something if you dont read and make this in TW roms...(I dont know that....but Im not responsable if that happend).

Internal SD Card read only?!
Hi all, I'm not hugely au fait with modding my n7100, and have been running version of the Revolution HD rom for the last 12 months (without issue).
I decided to see what the new ROMS had to offer, and went with CM10.2 (one of the latest nighly builds).
My Android Version is: 4.3.1
Baseband: N7100XXDLK7
Kernel: 3.0.64-CM-gb4c422f
CyanogenMod Version: 10.2-20140126-NIGHTLY-n7100
Build Number: cm_n7100-userdebug 4.3.1 JLS36I 3eb33f45a6
The reason I'm posting here is because my internal SD card (storage/emulated/legacy) appears to now be read-only. I can install apps, but I can no longer download to that location, can't move files within that location, and apps like SwiftKey (with it's user dictionaries) don't work properly because the user language file can't be loaded. I'm also having no success restoring data and apps using Titanium Back up Pro.
I've tried updating the platform.xml file (using a root file explorer), however as I don't appear to have a media_rw folder, I don't think the update applies, and is certainly doesn't work.
I'm somewhat confused, as I though this permissions issue was a result of a 4.4 rom being flashed.
Any ideas?

It's a recurring problem after every phone reboot. Sadly, there's no other way around it. The only fix I came upon is that you backup your files that are on your sd card to pc via card reader, format the sd card on your N7100 after the backup process, flash a new rom.
Hi guys, I asked about new apk for galaxy s5 Chinese. I noticed in the system Airmessage.apk (floating message)
with her it would be possible to respond to sms during video playback or other, that can handle transparency. unfortunately but skills are not effective enough to make it work under international s5 galaxy. I hope a DEV plunge on the solution.

I do not have the S5. I exchange against a note 3. I have s5 port. but I took on the system. SM-G9008V .I have the apk. I think you need the SecSettings. Airmessage.apk. SecMms_Blue.apk.

Ok.. I will try to track down that firmware than extract the SecSettings to see the changes.. Most likely it is just adding the xml and maybe some layouts..
If you have the SecSettings.apk.. That would speed up the process.

I can send you all the apk tomorrow. yes in SecSettings.apk. xml and can be a small addition, the smali. I'll try to see can the difference. also add a line in Csc. others.xml. and International SecMms_Blue.apk. it not working

I am NOT responsible for you breaking your phone if you do not know what your doing..

It would be really awesome to have a DualBoot Note 4... so you can run for example a Note 4 LOLLIPOP ROM / Note 4 KITKAT ROM / NOTE 4 AOSP ROM or any other custom configuration/ROM.

I don't see the point of dual-booting multiple versions of Android. Now if we could have Android and Windows that would be cool.

A simple answer is to be able to try roms without having to make a backup , wipe and then restore if it's not right for you. It is more of a luxury than a necessity.

Potential in the future!?! I followed the link and setup my Note 4 for Dual Boot in less than 20 minutes. That includes downloading an extra rom! The future is now.
yeah T-Mobile Note 4 already has dualboot
I got cm12 installed as secondary with kitkat ROM installed as primary. I installed the dual boot patcher on cm12 and I try to select my primary ROM to reboot into it but it doesnt, it just keeps rebooting into cm12.
Any ideas?
I do like cm12 though, runs pretty good for being a beta still.

Unzip
Go to /Your Zip/Multiboot/info.prop
Go to bottom line
Erase #
Change the stuff after = to your rom slot
(Ie: =dual or =multi-slot-1)

IMP : U will need a pokemon club account to use this coz google account will crash the game. Create one on pokemon site using USA as ur country and 18+ age. Under 18 will not work.

I used CM12.1 ara for few days. It is good but mobile data is not working in it.

some thing due to modem image
my solution work for me:
1. flash pac-man v4.3
2. wipe all
3. reflash cm12
That's all
There is a thread about flash only stock modem after flashing mod rom you can search for it and try

Only HERE Maps works fine indoor in my phone, all other apps including Google Maps cannot detect GPS signal indoor. Is it because I have root it and installed Google Services to it?

Another problem I never faced I think reinstalling game may fix it. And if u guys are suggesting me to do changes in the apk, then let me make it clear. I didn't created this apk I'm just providing it here:fingers-crossed:

Then sry my friend, but u r in wrong thread. This one is not for CM 12.1.
Anyone know work around for version 0.37 for stock rom? I'm yet to find any legit apk for jelly bean and from what I have heard in new version root users are banned
I have stopped playing PoGo for a while now but just thought of posting a work around for cm11. If u r still interested in PoGo, u would know root users are banned and cyanogenmod is not supported either. So as for stock rom, some claim to have managed to run it on JB but none is concrete. For CM there is a way. First using any root explorer we have to delete following file:
root directory>system>bin>su
Then reboot and disable root through settings. And u r ready to go. I have tested this on CM11 and it should work on others too.
NOTE: create backup before deleting su.
