Hi all I have a sm-n900 I want to give it for warranty since I have lost my IMEI and baseband. I managed to repair my KNOX. I currently have Knox 0x0. But the problem is I have a phone bought from Dubai and I live in INDIA. I don't remember my CSC as I had flashed custom rom from the first day. Now my phone is showing CSC KSA which stands for Saudi Arabia which might be correct. but just to make sure they process my warranty I flashed XSG STOCK from ODIN but still It stays KSA. IS IT THAT THE ROM HAS CSC as KSA or ITS NOT GETTING CHANGED. could some one help.
secondly if someone knew will Dubai service entertain KSA CSC. I will have to ship my handset to DUBAI. Hence please help

I think I'll do it with ODIN, and I'll get the terrible knox, right?
I'm thinking also to change my actual CSC from XXU to ITV since I live in Italy but... does this mean that my warrenty will be invalidated?
Does the sn or something else is associted to the original CSC and then in the repair center somen can understand that I've chenged the CSC?

I am planning to send it to Dubai for claiming warranty. Will CSC make any difference or it's fine as it is.

CSC does not matter, what matters is Knox 0x0. But as you said, you have lost Imei, i am not sure how the service center in Dubai see that as, you can probably say when i was updating my software using kies it rebooted and this happened,
Dubai will not fix your problem under warranty if your csc is ksa, flashing stock xsg will not trip knox.

Need some one to verify that the CSC of a sm-n900 baought in Dubai is XSG. I live in india and had bought in Dubai. but due to some other region firmware flash it has become KSA.
during the flash I have BASEBAND Unknown and IMEI Unknown. So need to sent it to warranty. I HAVE KNOX Warranty bit 0.
just wanted to make sure of the csc before sending it in. Don't want to leave any chances for Samsung to deny warranty.

I have a big trouble in Samsung Galaxy A5 (SM-A500FU). I refreshed the original stock firmware (which had VDH csc), and after when the odin finished, my csc go to CYV and i cannot change nomore.. If i rooot my device, this method trip my knox warranty, and i dont want it. So, how can i change the region code? All of firmware which i downloaded it have multiple CSC-s and the default customer.xml is Cyprus. What can i do? May the vodafone cannot send single csc roms? I show CF-autoroot and i know it, but this method trip knox and the counter is go to 0x1 from 0x0. Please help me I cant sleep 5 days.

I don't get what the problem is? It's still covered by the warranty.

I thought of changing my mom's s7 edge region to BTU (currently KSA) as it is very slow in getting OTAs. It only got the December security patch update a week ago or so. As I am not familiar with Samsung phones, I read the forums for every info about CSCs (the CSC and home_CSC were very confusing). I checked the CSC using phone info and it does not have the original CSC, but have a lot of available CSCs and from what I read, I presume the ROM is multi CSC and that it comes with KSA because of the origin country.
But the problem is that I read somewhere that if you flash the firmware of some other region (eg BTU), you cannot go back to KSA, instead it will default to XSG, and also that you need root to select CSC. It also said 'maybe' I would be able to return to the original CSC using smart switch. Can anyone confirm this?
Will it be denied warranty or something when I cannot revert CSC back to KSA before giving it for warranty? (I read that changing region generally does not void warranty, but I think I'm paranoid **thinking of my mom screaming at me**)
Also if I flash the UAE firmware (XSG), will I still retain my own CSC if I do not flash the UAE CSC along with it because XSG is given is my available CSC codes? ( If that is true I should flash BL+AP+CP without CSC or am i wrong?)
