[Q] For god sake, HELP! - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys, need help.
I had a LG G2 running CloudyFa 1.2 version - g3 ported working perfectly.
But I used a lot of crap in the phone, so I decided to make a factory wipe on TWRP.
When I did it, phone restarted and now is on boot looping with Led light changing from Blue to Green, eternally.
I Tried EVERYTHING to make this thing to come back, it just don't.
Tried Terminal Commands on FOTA ans Misc (nothing).
Tried KDZ method, but the LG mobile says that my phone has the last software available and does not install anything.
I can acess TWRP and Download mode, but still, can't revive my phone.
Please, what am I suposed to do?

have you tried pushing a rom via adb???

Not yet, because I have no freaking Idea of even how to start

I saw that I would need to download Android SDK and install files, couldn't do it because I am working now.
There is a Tutorial or something here?

Try adb pusher in my sig.
If it doesn't work properly then just open cmd in the same folder where the adb is.
copy your rom to the same folder
and
"adb push rom.zip /sdcard/rom.zip"
when rom.zip is obviously your rom name.

If you can get into twrp id wait till you can use ADB go home install android SDK then run adb , boot into twrp and go into the terminal on the computer and type ADB kill-server then ADB USB it should read your phone then type ADB push the ROM you want to flash /sdcard/

couldnt have put it better than the above 2 posts...
it happened to me not so long ago and it was the only way i could get a functional rom on to the phone... takes a while but does the trick!!!

To be honest, it seems a lot confusing to me.
I have a full backup that I did before all this sh%^#, it is in my computer.
Is it possible to send it to the phone and just flash by TWRP?

so
1. check your imei (box or anywhere)
2. http://csmg.lgmobile.com:9002/csmg/b2c/client/auth_model_check2.jsp?esn=YOURIMEI
append your imei instead of "YOURIMEI", copy the whole link and paste it into browser..copy the received link with kdz extension into the address bar and paste it, it will download..

Cannot use adb Pusher.
Downloaded the ROM as you said with the LiNK, but cannot install on the phone.
LG flash tool does not work at all
And I have no idea of how to make ADB sideload.
Now I am really worried to loose my phone for all.

[Q] Recover After Bootloop (Embarrassing Story)

Tried to flash the deodexed stock 4.2.2 update through TWRP a few days ago and my N7 started bootlooping
Because I'm out of practice, I didn't make a nandroid beforehand, and now I can't locate the adb files necessary to push recovery and reflash the os.
Can someone help me remember what the f*ck I'm doing and direct me to where I can get an adb cheatsheet + the necessary files OR be super awesome and provide me some steps to follow?
Thanks so much in advance. Can't believe I messed this up so much

Can you get into bootloader with power+vol down?
boot into the bootloader, then via fastboot..
fastboot boot recovery recoveryname.img(press enter)
remember to put the recovery img file in the same folder that fastboot is located, on your computer.
bootloader's good to go and I'm in recovery but I need a way to get the rom on my tablet. Mounting sdcard doesn't appear to do anything while connected to my pc
EDIT: tried the CWM flash from sideload option and my command line says it "cannot read 'sideload'" do I need to start/restart the server another way? I feel like a total noob, lol

I will get you some details instructions if you can wait till tomorrow.
Or, read this thread and YouTube how to do an adb side load. In short, you will need to download android sdk to your PC, download the rom zip file, plug your phone in and enter twrp's adb side load, open command prompt, and enter adb side load command.

Ok, so here's what I did to install a ROM in TWRP when I wiped all the data using adroid SDK tools and TWRP ADB side load:
- Go here to download Android SDK https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html (remember where you save/install it)
- Download your ROM and Gapps file (For Sprint, I think we only have Carbon ROM so use this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2502789)
- Once you've downloaded the ROM and Gapps zip files, save the zip file into "your drive:\androidSDK\sdk\platform-tools" (this just makes it easier to find when doing the adb side load)
- Now plug your phone into your PC. Go into TWRP and start up ADB Side load. I think it's in Advanced button.
- Now open up the "your drive:\androidSDK\sdk\platform-tools" folder. In that folder, do a Shift-Right-Click and click "Open Command Window Here" to open cmd w/ that destination already mapped out.
- From here, all you have to do is type in "adb sideload [enter zip file name here]" and it should start installing over to your phone.
**** One important thing to note, if for some reason, in the command prompt your device is not visible, download PDA net for Android http://pdanet.co/ (this was actually my case and PDA net worked like a charm)

Lg G2 LS980 Will not boot

I had stock android installed. And I had rooted. I tried to use flashify to install TWRP, but every time it rebooted it would go into fastboot mode. well, I didn't think it would be an issue if I decided to just let the stock update run it's course instead of flashing a rom. So I had the OTA for kitkat run. The phone rebooted, and will only boot into fastboot, and download mode. I need help to get back to stock of any form, root or no root. Please? I am quite far from any repair center at a hotel for the next few days, so Wi-Fi is quite slow.

All these things can be done through ADB yes. Didn't you have to download ADB to root in the first place? You shouldnt have to download again. However if you want to check start up a command prompt and type adb devices. That should pop up something if you have adb installed. I'm not sure if you need to be in a parent folder first though.

So, I have ADB installed. I am on windows 8 though, and the shift+windows button are not opening the prompt. Furthermore when I plug my phone in the computer says "windows cannot find 'C:\ Program Files (X86)\Mobogenie\Mobogenie.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again" I have no clue what Mobogenie is!
Advice? if there is any for me?
Edit: I can get the ADB window open, but when I type the command "fastboot flash twrp_2.6.3.3_loki-ls980"
I get the following:
unknown partition 'twrp_2.6.3.3_loki-ls980'
error: cannot determine image filename for 'twrp_2.6.3.3_loki-ls980'
I am not sure what to do... Is the Mobogenie the issue? I have all of the proper drivers installed. though I don't see my device in computer on the laptop. Help please? I don't think I can take the device into sprint or lg, because it was rooted.

[Q] D801 - Can no longer boot after bad flash

I would really appreciate some help on this one... I attempted to flash the updated Mahdi Rom (09/20 build) this morning. I'm using the latest Philz Recovery if that matters. I performed the normal wipe procedure and when I went to flash the rom it told me the file was invalid. I think I might have tried to use a zip that wasn't fully downloaded.
I didn't have any other recoveries on my phone (I know... not smart) so I need to figure out how to flash a new rom without using recovery. I'm not completely hopeless and I'm willing to do what it takes to get my phone back!
Any help would be great! Thanks.
Have you tried adb? Your phone will be called sideload when you command adb devices.

You can load adb on Mac. I believe there's a zip somewhere on xda with only the three files need, or download the package from Android. Place it in whatever your username folder is too make life easier. Also add ./ (dot slash) before every command.
Here's the command order for my setup.
cd Android/platform-tools
./adb devices
./adb sideload **DRAG FILE INTO TERMINAL**
Thank you for your help. I got ADB to load on my mac but it won't accept the prompt to sideload. Am I missing something perhaps?
Update: I think I figured it out. The command prompt needed to be reinitiated.
Thanks again for you help! Moments like that are always a little scary!

Does it recognize sideload when you type ./adb devices? If not and you're in adb on Philz unplug/replug the charger.
