Hey guys,
I'm very excited about the upcoming moto 360, but one important feature for me is a stock market ticker.
Is there currently one available for android wear?

Though, I'm not sure how "detailed" they would get.
On my phone with google now and stocks all I usually see is something like "GOOGL 34.87 3.76 12.09%" for each stock one per line. However clicking on a line opens up a more detailed view. The question is (and I don't have a watch yet to test this out) will this "expanded view" be available on watches? And even with expanded view I would imagine some would need more detail/certain details that are hard to distinguish on such a small screen etc.

Hi all!
REQUEST
I've been working on this using Basic4PPC, and it's coming along quickly and nicely. But, I'm using the unregistered version!
I initially wanted to charge a tiny fee for the app, but I have a better idea. If I could get donations to get a proper license for Basic4PPC, then I'll release it and any subsequent versions and updates as freeware instead. Hell, I'll open source the buggers.
In addition to this, it means I finally have a development platform I can use to make the apps that I've always wanted to. I have the skills, just need the tools: so you can get more apps in the future!

The LGMenu as it currently stands.
My application will have 4 tabs, as per my 10b ROM.

Another day, another application I'm working on.
I have an LG KS20, and one of the coolest parts of this phone is the LGMenu. It's great! But the issue is: there is no customisation whatsoever! So I decided I was going to create something instead.
Currently working on the application itself, using holder graphics.
What would you nice people like to see in this application?
Customisation is a must, as well as skinability.
But what else?
Hi!
I like the LGMenu as well but didn't use it because it's not customizable. Therefore your effort is highly appreciated
Some ideas (see attachments):
- an integrated appointments view would be nice
- scrollable icon view
yy what replace skin for programms menu?
Being able to add wallpapers to the background, man, that'd be the best.
dude, if you like B4P buy the app, Erel put a lot of time in it
I did and i didn't even ask other people for money
+1 for scrollable icons
I think this would be most useful.
greets doena
I'm being paid on Tuesday, and I *will* be purchasing B4PPC. So shush.

This thread is now about how awesome this gif is.
Why would sprint Post this up that it is AVAILABLE when it's CLEARLY NOT? Now their servers are going to get overloaded with REquests for the software when it is not even available for download yet. It's irritating..
Great news folks! I found my flux capacitor!!

Hi guys!
We are planning to release a new application for Android; we already design the app mockup and developed a solid base (and something more).
Now we are trying to give the app an aspect like that

This is a new app from Play Store called Wally.
As you see the status bar and the navigation bar are both translucent, so that it is possible to see the app in background; I thought that this was related to the new ImmersiveMode Google introduced on Android 4.4, but looking at the examples and demos given by Google itself in developer.android.com I start to wondering where these effects really come from!
Do you guys know to achieve that? We designed the app in that way and we would be so sad to change direction now!
Tanks a lot for paying attentions, see ya!

Well that is enirely possible and as you say was introduced in KitKat you just have to draw behind the nav and status bar and use a TranslucentDecor theme.

Looks cool, but what's so special? Change log anyone?
Looks very nice. Glad to see Sammy is embracing the styling of lollipop and not completely covering it up with TW!
Doesn't look to interesting to me. Besides some new animations and stuff? What else is it going to be able to do? Is it going to be able to write to the sd card again from 3rd party apps?

Lollipop brings full SD Card support for third party apps.
I’m not a fan of the flat look. I like raised buttons, shadow effects and more colorful icons.

Thats definatly a plus
more stuff in the notification drop down?
Did any one else notice the "S finder" and something else under the brightness bar on the notification menu?
Samsung quicksetings take up half my notification bar, and my sticky apps take of the rest (Pebble, Withing, etc)

Updated video preview running 5.0.1 on Note 4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7f2N_Dj2mg
That guys voice is abnormally high pitched.
Now that i've upgraded to Marshmallow I no longer have the option for location/places with Moto Assist
this originally allowed me to put the phone into a particular mode when at a given location (i.e work, calendar events )
Is there an alternative to this with marshmallow (moto clear there is but i dont see a option for places only time)
Try using Llama, you can add different cells for places like work and home and you can add actions which should happen at this places.
I didn't even know Moto Assist had this functionallity
Yeah originally i would use Llama or Tasker but switched to just using the moto app when i noticed it had it included
o well.. one more app to download then thanks alot
but are we 100% sure that this functionality is not in marshmallow already?
(else why would moto remove it..)

unfortunately this is just for moto voice and not control of the the actual profiles like we had before )
but not to worry llama appears to be working well anyway so i'm just goign to see that
I remembered to this post about Android M form Moto:
Changes to Moto Enhancements
The release of a new Android version is a great time to take a fresh look at our signature Moto Enhancements to ensure we’re complementing Android (not competing with it). Android 6.0 Marshmallow includes some great new features similar to things we’ve developed in the past. For example, you’ll find an option for ‘Do not disturb’ under the ‘Sound and notification’ settings to make sure you’re not interrupted during meetings or while sleeping. That’s similar to Moto Assist, so we’re removing Moto Assist as part of the upgrade to M.

So I think they missed the part that Moto Assist also did something else that just what Android M now is able to do by itself.
