It seems like it isn't a full 4.3 downgrade. It's a temp downgrade without the bootloader.

Really cba to go back to stock to then upgrade to 4.3. From 4.2.2 rooted is there any shortcuts?

has any one downgraded a l720 from 4.3 to 4.2. i cant flash it on 4.3 without spc. before i would run odin on it then my spc script would work but since 4.3 i get a fail with oden with same tar i used before. please help

I was on 4.4 KitKat (Locked BL) and i used matts utility to go back down to 4.1.2, and now my phone is unusable.
Is there anyway to fix this? Can i flash a 4.4 stock rom?

Lollipop is still buggy even though its veen out for so long if you dont care about lollipop try a downgrade with odin. Downgrade helped me with a battery issue. If you want to keep lollipop downgrade root and flash a rom and you can keep lollipop and no problems.

It may be possible, but if I recall, it's not easy to do. You may be better off rooting, if not already rooted, and installing a custom ROM. Custom ROMs generally don't care which baseband is installed.
