[Q] Favourites in Grid View - cannot change to List View - Galaxy S 5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
My S5 (SM-G900i) was provided by Vodafone Australia and is running 4.4.2
The phone/contacts Favourites are displayed in Grid View and I cannot find a way to change it to List View.
(the "Frequently Contacted" list, which is on the same page, is showing in List View).
This is really annoying as you cannot swipe left/right to phone/message from the Favourites list.
Is anyone aware of a way or a hack to fix this?
Y.

So there is no known way of changingthe Favourites to List View?

Help with iLauncher

Hi there, i was wondering if the following is possible:
iLauncher has different tabs to display on the today-screen. I dont like the normal way of switching tabs (tabs too small for fingers). Is there a way to assign icons to the different tabs? (tapping the media-icon for example would open the media-tab with shortcuts to musicplayer, videoplayer, etc...).
Thanks to all!
Unfortunately no, i think... Although you can have an icon to open up another list of icons in another tab, but it's not displayed in the tab, but a drop down list of short cuts. It's not exactly finger friendly as well.
Yeah, i also found the drop down menu, but i dont like it at all (too small hehe). Anyway, thanks for the help!

[QUESTION] How to change the default view of manila 2.5 calendar tab

Hey guys,
does anybody know how to change the default view for the calendar tab in manila 2.5? Normally it shows the agenda view. But I would rather have it start up in week view. I believe that can be achieved by changing one certain registry value. I just can't seem to find it.
An help is highly appreciated.

(Bug) Application List View resets to Grid view after reboot

I prefer List View for viewing my applications, but after every phone reboot it defaults back to Grid View. Is this normal behavior or is there a way to set it by default to List View.

[Q] Is there a way to identify(get an event hook)when a custom view is hidden behind?

Hi,
I have a custom view and i wanted to do some change on the view if any other view comes on top of it like opening a dialog box or any other view.
How can i know if anything is overlapping on my custom view ?
How much part ( in %) of my view is actually hidden because of overlapped view?
Thanks

FC on Settings Shortcut

Hi Guys!
So, i have a little bug on my actual rom, which is that i get FC when i try to access settings by the shortcut on notifications panel.
i'm attaching 2 images showing it.
When i open it by the icon on the drawer, it opens okay. i think the problem is related to the settings view by tabs, cause when i open the settings by drawer and then choose to change to tabs, it fc. so i think the shortcut is trying to open settings with tabs, not list.
anyway, is it possible to change by any way the config of the shortcut to open it to the list view, not tabs?
or possibly fix tab view?
