Does the watch have sound. I set the alarm and nothing went off?

The LG G Watch does not have a speaker. The alarm would be visual from the screen and vibration only.

How can I change the alarm tone and whether it should vibrate or not? Previously had the wizard, and could have sworn that the function is in settings, sounds and notifications. But when I go there there is no alarm option in the drop down menu?! At the moment it's a loud, annoying t-mobile tone and it vibrates, which sounds awful first thing in the morning...
found it...
Hi all,
On the LG G2 can you set the volume levels separately for notifications and ringtones? For example, when I go to bed, I want to mute all notification sounds and leave my ringer loud enough to wake me up if necessary.
Yes, you can mute notifications and leave the ringtone volume turned up.

Thank you. Picked up the phone on Sunday. Very impressed.
Just got my S5, came from a Droid Charge (which, after getting community radios from XDA I loved quite a bit for years) and am having some issues with the alarm clock. Thankfully I still set my alarm on my Charge as a backup or I would have been late for work this morning. The issues are as follows:
1. Smart alarm just doesn't seem to work? I have the exact same settings on my S5 as I do on my Charge (albeit with different tones) - Alarm Type: Sound, Alarm Tone: Serene Morning, Snooze: Off, Smart Alarm: On (3 minutes, Beginning of Life). Yet when I set my alarm it goes off exactly at the time it was set for (unlike on my Charge where the smart alarm would start 3 minutes earlier and crescendo) and just plays the alarm tone.
2. The alarm just turns off at 1 minute and never rings again? I guess this is working as intended as my gf says it works this way on her S3 as well, but really? what a terrible design for an alarm?
Think I'm going to find a third party app unless anyone else has a suggestion?

Enable "Sleep" on your alarm and you must choose "Zz" instead of "X" when your alarm rings.
I´ve tested here and it´s working well, with no issues.
I tried all kinds of things, it just doesn't work. It does vibrate on touch
I went into the messaging app and turned in off and on, I went into interruptions and turned it on for calls and text, it doesn't want to work on silent or with volume up

I updated my Moto 360 to AW2.0 yesterday and just like everyone else I realized that Google has changed how DND work and that the watch can have it's own setting separate from the phone.
I'm not here to judge if it's good or bad, that probably depends on how you use your phone and watch.
But... is this really how it's supposed to work?
1. Phone is normal, watch is normal: notifications sounds and vibrates on phone, watch vibrates.
2. Phone is normal, watch is in DND: notifications sounds and vibrates on phone, watch is silent.
3. Phone is in DND, watch is normal: both are silent.
4. Phone is in DND, watch is in DND: both are silent.
I can think of many scenarios where I want the phone to be silent, but the watch to vibrate. I can't really think of any scenarios where I only want my watch to be silent.
I know that I can get the same by making the phone silent through the Android wear app, but that is not an easy way to do it.

That was not what I was asking about.
Anyone have any ideas? I still have this problem...
