Hi, how to flash this with flashtool. Im actually flashed .216 after a unsuccessful root dry but with the .216 what i have flashed with flashtool; i got a real hot camera so i decided to flash this rom. How to do with flashtool ? any advice please what to exclude in flashtool. got no root and no open bootloader. thank you.
Does anyone know if this is the official update that adds recovery partition support? If anyone is on stock kernel, could you verify whether fastboot flashing a recovery and booting it with POW+Vol Down button boots into recovery?

If you don't wipe your data in recovery or flashtool than you won't loose anything.

I am running 5.0.2.
I tried in the past to flash, through recovery, the last firmware that was released before this. I downloaded a zip from one of the threads, and installed it through recovery, but after rebooting, I was still on 5.0.2.
If I download this and flash it in recovery, should it update my phone to this firmware. Or would it be better to flash through the flashtool? (to not delete the data, not to check the data in the wipe window?)
Thanks
Hi mates. My friend tried to root his A700FD with CF Autoroot but he was on 4.4.4 and he caused a bootloop cause of the lollipop recovery installed. Now I need a KitKat stock recovery to flash through Odin but I can't find one. And my bandwidth is so limited that I can't download a stock rom for him. Can one of you guys extract your rom zips and give me a recovery img or change it to an Odin Flashable one? I'm very glad if you guys could do it for me.
C'mon guys just extract your rom and give me that recovery is that so hard?!

No I don't. I couldn't find one. I just want to boot the device. That's why I need the recovery file. It's likely that all of the custom recoveries are for 5.0.2 firmware version.
[Closed] I have to finally download stock for a 12 mB file!!
OK likely non of you guys are willing to extract your rom zips for me. I will force my friend to download it. Anyway tnx for the answers.

Just wanted to state that the reason i cannot dlash anything on my sm-s920l is bc of the reactivation lock being on. Also ion this particular model, it is not possible to be turned off!

I'd really like to root this thing lol, maybe I could get a custom ROM then? Idk, seems to be a roadblock @ every turn. Glad 2 see some progress tho.

The phone was stuck in odin mode when I got it. And unable to boot to recovery. I'm not sure if supersu is installed already. Will this work with out? If not can you upload a .tar.md5 recovery file for me to falsh to phone? Thank you for your time and effort.

Dude, was my answer to your query in the other thread you posted in not good enough?
SM-S920L Files
Not only is there a link to the stock recovery there, but there are also links to Odin, a working version of TWRP, stock system image and a pre-rooted system image.

SOLVED. Solution in EDIT.
I'm looking for the 2.76 version of Systemless Root flashable zip.
Both the following links only contain the old ones:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=63197935&postcount=2
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64161125&postcount=3
Where do I find the lastest one?
EDIT: SuperSU automatically installs itself in systemless mode for marshmallow. To anyone else that had the same question: Just download the latest zip for SuperSU from ChainFire's site (The regular SuperSU zip, there isnt a different zip for systemless) and flash it.
Is this the one? http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/2014-09-02-supersu-v2-05-t2868133
