This makes sense. SDXC supports up to 2 TB. LG just lists up to 128 GB because that's the largest size currently available.
Yes, Upto 2TB

Yes, Up to 2 TB external memory. The fact is that there are no 2TB sd card in market, right?
so who's buying me one?

I REALLY want to. However, I plan on buying this device anyway. If I am fortunate enough to win one, I will be sending it to you. Developer support extremely important.

4096 for best results
Sent from my HTC Sensation 4G using XDA App
I think the best value depends on your hardware (phone & SD card) and ROM used. For me 3096 was the fastest without wasting more Mem on cache.
LG Optimus V + Bumblebee v2.4 + Adata 32GB Class 10 SD.
The best way is to use SD Toole to benchmark stock setting then use SD Booster to tweak and rebench till you find the best performance using the lowest cache setting.
For me its 8192!!! Fastest
O1+Mikos 6.5.8

For me, it seems that 3096 is the ideal.
Thanks this is great 3096 works for me.
If you have rooted phone you can do sd boost and cpu tweak with ROM TOOLBOX, not free but, very, very useful.
How does this app works?

Hey all I just put in my new SanDisk 64GB Class 10 memory card in my Sprint SPH-L710 GS3 and here are the results.
The internal memory writes a bit faster, but the SanDisk reads at the same speed as the internal phone memory.
I now have a grand total of 80GB of memory. I am using Directory Bind so that all my data is on the 64GB ExtSDcard.
Right click the picture icons and select open image in new tab to see speed results.

I got mine off of eBay. Make sure you get this part number SDSDQUA-064G-A11A. There is a similar looking card that is only class 6.
I paid 72.19 for mine but I see the vendor is out right now. Just search eBay for a few days until you find a good price.
I use SD Card Tester from the play store.

I disagree. It's easier to Google a simple question like and get your answer than ask it here and sit around waiting for an answer. I can see if it was a question in a rom or rooting but testing an sd card? Come on now

Is it really that simple and then just a matter of reloading a rom onto the new memory?
I'd like more info, tips and suggestions. Cause if this is the case, I might use my 32Gb as the internal card and then my 64Gb as the external card - 96GB'S!!!
Furthermore could I just use QDLTool after the card has been replaced and copy over my existing build and the boot up? I have LXdroid 0.2 and StreakMod installed.
Tips?

I did do this yesterday, and it works like a charm. The only difficult part was to cut open the streak, but following the 'windows part' of the post was really easy.
I'm using the DSC v1.5 ROM, so probs so far. :good:

96GB? not ambitious enough ...
the internal even supports 64GB microSDXC cards ... so in total.. it would be 64GB + 64GB = 128GB :good:
however... do you have what it takes?

nice.. when that time comes, i hope i can be in too
This sh!t is hard for somebody that babies their electronics. LMAO
Every lil click I hear I'm like oops uh oh. hahaha
Then also with my tourettes, my hands aren't as perfectly steady as I want them to be sometimes. LoL
(I have the physical fidgity, twitchy kind, not the verbal screaming and cussing kind! =P)
Also does it matter if that second lil piece of plastic is cut too? Or no? The slim piece (After you've cut the main section off), cause it keeps wanting to pop off and up more than the main square section, figured if (it's okay) I removed it it be easier to get the rest of the section up and off.
Hello,
I've searched the forum and haven't found any information on those 2 subjects, so I'm asking here, hopefully that's ok
First of all, I wanted to get a 32GB version of the S5, but it seems it won't be available for a while in Belgium, with no indication on a release date (the only thing I heard was "maybe in June when they release the other color models").
So I was thinking of getting the 16GB again, despite the need to use things like Foldermount, but I was wondering what the user available storage space is this time compared to the S4?
The other question I had was because of the review on Techradar (http://www.techradar.com/reviews/ph...ng-galaxy-s5-1226990/review/10#articleContent)
They say the following :
"I wasn't always impressed by the speed of the phone either - the camera could take a while to load, games sometimes showed lag and opening the gallery will always be a sticking point for me."
From what I heard elsewhere, the phone is pretty speedy for everything, so could you guys (who have tested out the phone already) confirm how it is for you?
Thanks!

That one in particular is small enough and works well, but I find the blinking LED while in operation quite annoying. I suppose there's nothing than can be done about it, or is there?
