General Section is missing an official thread for invite requests, so i thinked to open this to make an unique place where users can ask about that. In future users can post here to help keep clean all other sections.
I start with me:
Goodmorning guys, i'm an ex recognized dev and i want to join this dev section buying a 64gb One. Have someone an invite for me? If i will receive other invites i will give back or share here for the community.

Asking for invites here does no good, especially since the device is getting purchased via http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2786590 and or http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2770622 as good examples.

Just give Chainfire or some other developer some time to root this device. As it's Samsung, rooting it shouldn't be too difficult (I guess )
And yes, you can buy SIII Mini almost everywhere.
I was wondering if the rooting will allow cell unlock.
I am asking this to know what to do: wait for root or go to a Samsung service for cell unlock.
root will not unlock the device, but I wish some great devs will developing for this S3 mini, wich is a very great phone imho

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm graffixnyc and I have recently been assigned to help moderate the forum. If you guys have any issues please do not hesitate to let me know. As always, please follow the rules and treat each other with respect.
as much as i would like to believe that the rules follow some logical flow and understanding and are in place due to experience and historical events that have taken place on the XDA forums
i have a small issue with the rule of not being able to post in the developer section until having made 10 posts
from my experience in doing some small dev work i would not want to be harassed directly for help with a solution that i provided
i would not want to be getting several PM's asking the same question from several different people all because they were not able to post their question on the thread where i provided the solution
since we are unable to post in a thread our questions or suggestions that leaves only one place to be able to post, the Q&A section
leading to the risk of multiple duplicate posts and resulting in more work for the moderators to clean up
what would be the correct way to get around this issue whilst still following the rules?
Please bear with me as i normally just browse and rarely post, but how do i know if a thread i started was deleted? I have no messages of notifications, and i can't seem to find the thread.
If it was indeed deleted, could someone tell me why it would have been, as i was only trying to give back to the community in a meaningfully way?
I have a oneplus one invite i'd like one of the hard working XDA developers or themers to have, and it only has about 14 hours left before it expires. If my thread is being deleted, please let me know so i can move to another forum in order to not let the invite go to waste.

For a lot of us, this has been what we were holding out for. I'm wondering if there is any invite management thread of the kind that @timmaaa started ?
There's only one invite thread now, and it's stuck at the top of the section you're posting in. I imagine that because these invites will be specific to India you could possibly require another invite thread to handle the distribution. If you need any help or advice on how to keep an invite thread organised and efficient, feel free to contact me.
