I flashed stock 4.4.4 rom and still have the lag while opening apps like Maps, Browser etc. Any ROM will fix this lag or is the flash storage problem?

Hi have a strange behaviour in my lg g2.
With kitkat roms, i have non problems.
With lollipop, expecially with Facebook and Facebook messenger apps (even without this two apps), i have random reboots, freezes, sistem crash, hangs, black screen, and apps errors like in screen attached.
I ve done everything stated in all the roms i ve tryed (changed bootstack, modem ecc).
I ve tryed mostly all the CAF roms in the forum, but i found that with Temasek cm12.1 rom crashes are more frequently.
The stablest for now is mokee os.
Any help is appreciated.

Fixed with cyanogenmod official / or roms based on its kernel
AOSP roms for G2 are pretty unstable, and to make things worse, Messenger and Facebook apps are also very unstable lately. I would reccomend not even using the Facebook app, it's a bigger hardware hog than the Android operating system itself.
Messenger gets frequent updates and should be fixed soon

I have a problem with my S4 i9505 : for few days, it's impossible to watch videos on my phone without lag or freeze...
When I play a video from Youtube or phone internal storage, the video plays for few seconds and then, the image freezes and the sound continues...
Next, the video restart but the image and the sound aren't synchronized.
It's very boring!
Is there a fix for this problem?

I have that problem too and the only fix seems to be rebooting the device every (or every other) day.
I'm also having this issue... anyone aware of a fix?

Hi,
At the moment I am running the stock ROM of the s4. i9505.
I am NOT currently rooted and the baseband version is I9505XXUHOJ2 - this is the latest version for BTU.
A reboot does fix the issue for a few hours but it can get irratating - I've tried a factory reset and another flash in Odin but it hasn't fixed it.

Have you tried a different player?
Maybe it's done kind of memory leak.
It's more to do with videos that play through apps such as the Youtube, BBC News videos (through the app) etc which lag so I don't see how a different player would help?
I have this too, it is on every app.
The video stops for 1 second while the sound is still playing in the background and then the sound lags.
Tried delete cache from recovery but then my phone crashes.

Then it's a touchwiz problem. Thank samsung for that. I use youtube on an aosp custom marshmallow rom and videos play just fine.
Which rom? Lol
There is only one aosp marshmallow rom, and that is the one from jdc team. Every other rom is some kind of cm13 variation or based on cm13.

All the videos (youtube, hotstar, facebook etc) in my mobile are very laggy and looks like they are running in slow motion after last update (I think it was December security patch).
Is anyone facing same issue? any help?

You tried factory reset?
I had the same problem after flashing one of the "optimized" stock based roms from here. I had some other annoyances too, so I decided to start fresh and installed the offical stock version for my region from:

Now the problems are gone.
I have stock android only.
Have not tried factory reset yet, will try that.

HI everyone, I've note 3 N9005, I have tried many ROMs recently including RR rom and the teamesk CM12 ROM... I've 2 problems with both of them (on both of my Note 3 devices):
1. Unreliable internet access for apps: I don't know why this happens but I notice it especially with Facebook, I try to refresh and it takes forever without refreshing, or it gives back the cached feed, however, when I open facebook.com using chrome I can see everything, this is really annoying...
2. GPS doesn't fix, it knows where I'm, but it doesn't fix for navigation, even after using FasterGPS!
If there's another stable lightweight ROM that has none of these problems, just name it
Any help would be appreciated...
Try a rooted stock ROM with bloatware removed.

I use the stock ROM (Android v5.0) with TWRP recovery, SuperSU and the newest version of Arter97's kernel. Everything works.

Samsung based roms are less likely to have GPS/ Internet problems .
I Never ever had a GPS or Internet problem .
For gps..update ur bl and cp to latest italy firmware
Mine got 2 or 3 second to lock..very fast
