Hmmm - first decide what you really wanna mod then - SEARCH - am sure that all such tutorials are covered here or elsewhere in the forums

Indeed I do good it halfway , but get confused at the step when we have to change the codes....
I just don't know what to do there !!

You should first search for quickSettingsView word where you want to xhange codes. Then replace it with the corresponding code given in the thread post.
Do it ... Flash it ... Ss it ... And paste it here

Why do you use Jelly Blast?
Its a very unstable ROM
Try NEMESIS, which is a sequence to Jellyblast.
Secondly, is AOKP the right place to post this?

I think Zierex Rom Evolution is much better than NEMESIS, but thanks for your advice
There are apps available that let you change the imei on a software level.
