I can help you host the forum at a real hosting provider so you can make it look more professional and add more functions such as Tapatalk compability

that's not the issue...android system is an open source project and licensed on apache. thus, no one may commercialize it without google permission. anyway, selling ROM is highly against XDA spirit . there a lot of FREE ROM out there. why should someone pay for it
You can't charge for a ROM on XDA, doing so would be immediate removal of the ROM and action that would reflect your account negatively. Thread closed.
