I installed the cm11 rom and my keyboard is not responding ..so I thought it was the gapps I flashed ...any ideas?

The keyboard is not part of Google Apps. Why don't you get a third party keyboard instead, like SwiftKey or touchpal. I think they're better anyway

Problem with that is I have no way to flash the zip file I tried installing the apk but it wouldnt and I could rename the Samsung secmms file

I dont think i had this problem before, but i noticed that there was two blank spots on xda developers app when i go into threads.

Which one do you have?
If the new premium app,clear data and cache.
I use the premium XDA HD app, and don't have that issue.

Yea me too. The app force closes when i tap that area... this sux
I just started to use the premium version and it doesnt have thisbproblem.

I meant for aosp or Google keyboard. There's a modded keyboard out there but only works for 4.2

I don't know what i did wrong if anything, but i cant even get the remote to start up. After i first setup and accepted the user agreements all i get is this screen...anybody have idea what's up or what i need to do?

Stock ROM and the stock LG Remote app included. The app doesnt even open up to a remote at all.
Try another remote app see if it works

AFAIK they all use kexec which hashcode has stated is not possible on this device

I feel CM will eventually make its way to our Note 3. I came from the RAZR maxx, which also use SafeStrap as its custom recovery and had a locked bootloader, and they eventually had support from Cyanogenmod. It's just a hope and a dream right now

To be completely honest, I never remember flashing anything kexec on my RAZR. I would just put a ROM in slot 1, boot up, and I would have CM.
Then again this is a different device, so we will just have to dream of it.
