hah, u can try to find DaOldMan, X-Note ROM dev gave credits for that white keyboard. or ask the main dev of that ROM.
also if theres a way to extract that keyboard from that ROM i can try if u give me the guide

Lol, No dev has the time to build a CrapWiz ROM for Galaxy Note, you can look for AOSP ROMS which are great in my opinion, if you want touchwiz launcher on them, then you can have that also!, it's in themes section!
