[Q] Bootloop after changing audio profile, no recovery, no factory reset - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've got a D802 16GB model, stock rooted 4.4.2 without custom recovery. I wanted to apply the first step of this mod manually (with ES File Explorer), so I changed those values correctly and saved the file. After restart, it stuck in a bootloop. I can't access factory reset mode - it behaves like it doesn't know that trick. ADB keeps telling me my phone is unauthorized, but I can't confirm anything since it's still on LG logo. What should I do?
Edit:
Well, fixed it. All I had to do was to flash stock KDZ in download mode.

[Q] Brick or no brick?

Hi.
I have a Vodafone Germany LG G2 with stock KitKat.
My story:
I installed root and recovery. Then I tried to install the OTA, doesnt work, tried it with LG PC Suite. Boot certification verify error.
Recovered all with this guide:
[FIX] NO Recovery mode, No download mode, after OTA on rooted LG G2
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142
Then flashed an open LG G2 kdz and all was fine again, but...
no Update for me with knock code.
----------------->>>>
So i tried to flash the original Vodafone KDZ in Offline mode. I get an error at 15 percent and it wont work. So i restarted my phone, but i only had a black screen. Nothing worked again (no download, no recovery). Ok, plugged in in PC and woha, broadcom device detected. Back to ubuntu and recovery again (see above).
After that, i restarted my phone, but no recovery was there... only the lg logo. Everytime. Again: No Download, no recovery. Stuck at bootloop every time. Factory hard reset can be called, but if i confirm, "Factory reset processing" appears, now for ~30 minutes. Is there a way to fastboot or to another state than that?
Any idea?

ADB authorization bypass? S4 soft bricked :(

ANY ideas would be appreciated.
So I tried to return to the original build.prop file as i had a backup of it. I had changed it so i could have s5 status bar.
So i replaced modified one with the original backed up file. Then rebooted.
But gets stuck/black screen after samsung initial boot anim.
Device is rooted with stock firmware and stock recovery.
Tried using latest adb to pull and push build.brop files or change permissions but device shows as "unauthorized" and there is no way to authorize it as i can't get past samsung s4 logo.
i CAN enter download and recovery modes. So i could flash stock firmware with ODIN but not certain it would fix build.prop issue. and download could take hours from samsung updates page.
i could try flashing custom recovery but not certain if this would help in any way.
Any adb command shows error: unauthorized device.
1. You can either reflash the rom you are on.
or
2. Flash a custom recovery. Then flash Aroma Filemanager from within the recovery. It will open a filemanager and you will be able to restore the backup you made.
Thanks for the reply Lenny. I have flashed a stock firmware through Odin and everything is up again. Just lost all my data but had some of it backed up. :good:

Killed my D800. I could really use some help!

So I tried installing Cloudy G2 3.0 the recommended way, with the patches and stuff. I initially did a dirty flash from stock lollipop but the ui wouldn't load to I went for a full wipe. At some point during the install, something messed up and I was sent to fastboot. That's all I could get to, so I wrote over the .img files to restore the partitions and now I have access to the factory reset menu and the hardware key settings menu. The factory reset menu just freezes at "factory reset processing" if I try to use it. When I boot normally, I get to the LG logo where it freezes. No pulsing light or anything. Plugging it in at that point allows the computer to recognize it but no adb or fastboot options. LG Flashtool recognizes that the phone is there but won't flash any .tot file. If I try a D800 tot I get wrong model and if I try a korean tot I get a cross dl error. I really need help, I screwed up!
Edit: It was tricky, but I was somehow able to get into download mode. Still same as before though.
Edit 2: Seems the Korean .tot I had was for the F320K and I needed the F320S.. will download and see how it goes.
EDIT 3: Jesus f*cking christ! Finally! Got the correct KDZ and found the correct software. It's installing!
Now, should I keep letting the phone think it's Korean? Are there any perks or downsides?
EDIT 4: Boot loop. It loops for a while, optimizes apps, loads the welcome screen, crashes, and repeats. No access to download mode or fastboot except for one time.

Lg g2 recovery bootloop, formated internal storage.

Hi, I instaled CM 13, after that, i go back to 5.1.1, and i lost my recovery, phone was updating apps, and when was 100% phone restarted and did it again. I instaled soft from .tot file and i get 4.2.2 i flash recovery by autorec, and restarted my phone. And from then my phone only reboot to recovery. I try install .tot file again, bu when phone is restarting is entering to recovery mode. And i made big mistake, and wipe internal storage. I have acces to downlad mode, and recovery. I try install by sideload, but i cant connect to phone.
Flash stock rom tot
Autorec for kk and lp only

LG D802 , restart loop, How to backup all user data?

Hello I've LG G2 D802 32gb edition, it's stock and rooted(without recovery).
I was using this app called "Disable service By WangQi, I re-enabled all Bluetooth services that I had disable earlier, rebooted the phone and it has struck on infinite restart mode ever since.
I barely get time to enter my password and it restarts 2 secs later. It restarts even in safe mode.
How do I backup all user data(photo ,videos, etc) ?
Can I temporarily flash custom recovery and save all my user data via USB MASS STORAGE option (if there any) And then Factory Reset the device?
I've latest 4.4 Kit Kat from LG.
TL;DR , My D802 keeps restarting (not bootlooping IMO) after showing home screen for 2-3 secs, I want to retain my user data before performing a Factory reset, Can I pull my files using ADB from /sdcard/ ?
Thanks!
I dont think its possible to flash a custom recovery in this case, all i can think of is go into stock recovery and use adb sideload and try to pull your data... Once you enter to stock recovery on the first reboot its going to be factory resetted (caution)
