does anyone know if the bootloader is locked or unlocked on the SM-G900R6 from Appalachian Wireless in Kentucky?
If no one knows it's status then do you know how I can safely check it?

Only ATT/Verizon and possibly Sprint lock their bootloaders,
I just rooted my s7 edge and I was looking for a Bootloader unlock but I heard that the s7 doesn't have a Bootloader unlock and never will? Can someone confirm this information?
Is there an ability to unlock the Bootloader, if not is there a chance that it will be unlocked?
The Snapdragon version of the Edge isn't (currently) unlockable, but the Exynos (International version) is. Your bootloader is unlocked if you managed to successfully root.

What are you even talking about? You're rooted. It's done. Nothing is locked.

Bootloader on exynos versions isn't locked as far as I am aware? You can flash other firmware if you like. Its the snapdragon versions that are locked.
The guy above is clearly on about is the phone SIM locked or not.

Knox does not matter for SIM unlocking your phone. Just go to any unlock site and pay to get the code to unlock your phone.
